“Its such a good pool honestly. Plenty of space. I think the only thing that is quite a bit of a turn away is the children. Ones whos parents arent telling children whats safe and whats not. Because there was a group of boys when we visited, who kept cannon balling off of the diving board. Had been told multiple times not to and yet still kept doing it. I understand you go for fun, but parents, its also your job to keep your kids safe.”

“Nuffield gym is my go to when I visit family in Baildon. Great gym and facilities. The best thing about the place however, is the team. I have met Charlotte & Louise. They do an amazing job of running a busy front of house whilst always being friendly, polite and professional. I look forward to visiting again soon.”

Not a well meaning but ultimately useless poor minion in Mumbai but Chloe in actual West Yorkshire in that there actual Great Britain. The UK no less! Who'd have thunk such a state of affairs could still exist in these times wot have gone to hell in a hand cart on fire and covered in poo??? Anyhoo, she told me what I needed, emailed me photos to confirm whilst on the call (which informed me I only needed one component), checked with a colleague to be sure, then told me the cost. £29.99 incl shipping. Not £299.99. £29.99. For weight equipment. And free shipping by a trustworthy courier. Not Herpes. Not Curdle. Actual Parcel Force. Free. To north east Sutherland. Amazing. Two days later it was fitted. I did that bit, not Chloe. She wasn't THAT keen. All this gushing is a mark of how shockingly bad customer service and high prices has made me/us feel. So when an experience like this happens, it's cause for jubilance. I feel like I'm constantly chasing incompetence and stupidity so this is a joy. Every company needs a Chloe. Chloes are brilliant. Must be the Ancient Greek thing. Incidentally, I'm not actually THAT hard. I'm a jessie with a weights machine but one can dream. My whippet Jeff outdid me on the pec fly yesterday. A tad galling....”

“This is a great club, really friendly staff and a personal touch on every visit. I tried Pure Gym for a while because it was cheaper but have returned to Nuffield. Much better facilities including the pool, sauna and steam room. A great place to relax after work. The swimming instructors are also brilliant.”

“I visited the hospital upstairs. The layout is a bit strange. At the entrance you will find the parking pay machines (pay on your way out). Then you see an escalator taking you upstairs. The leisure centre reception is downstairs on the left. Upstairs you can find the lifts to the hospital.”

“Went to the inflatable fun swim, myself & another older mum were the only mums on there. My son wanted me to go on with him so we raced across, my arms were really aching the next day as i pulled my own body weight across a few times!!! It smelt a bit did the actual inflatable. We didn't last the 75 mins as myself & my son got bored as you can't even swim when the inflatable is up.”

“We had a long weekend in the Skipton area, so phoned in to the Swimming Pool to check availability and best options. We received excellent advice from Reception and duly had a good hour in the pool that afternoon.So much so we went back just before leaving for home a few days later for a second session. The whole experience was exceptional, from checking in at the front desk to leaving the cafe a couple of hours later. The Leisure centre has a varied programme with an activity to suit all. It is well supported which says it all. Well recommended!”

My daughter was really nervous when she started but they've been brilliant at helping her to build her confidence. The changing rooms are great with individual cubicles with lockers nearby. It always feels clean and welcoming.”
