Absolutely love this gym, the atmosphere and energy( pardon the pun) in this place is amazing. A good variety of classes to partake in, everyone of them gets you motivated and sweaty. Staff are so friendly and get you working out to your best. Highly recommended
Really Good gym! Trainers are great and helpful, gym is only for ladies that makes this place special. I feel so comfortable there and I would highly recommend it for anyone who is professional in a gym stuff and for totally beginners.
By far the best dance school and ladies gym. My little girl dances here and has made the bestest of friends. The teachers motivate and they have shown her to never give up. We will never leave and if you want your child to start dancing then let their journey begin here
My daughter has been at this dance academy since she was a 'Tiny Tot'... seven years later she still absolutely loves it. The teachers are amazing and the bond the children have is wonderful. Highly recommend this academy for anyone thinking of getting their children into dance. 5 stars isn't' enough!!
A super fitness centre. I have just completed a 12 week transformation programme. The knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm of the owner and staff are second to none. PT sessions are exactly that, truely personalised. Over the past 12 weeks my fitness levels have increased and my relationship with food is healthier than it has been in almost 40 years. If you want something extra from a gym, I would seriously recommend you have a look here.
I cannot recommend this dance academy enough! My daughter has been going here for quite sometime now and loves it. It has helped her confidence grow so much. All abilities catered for with many different dance classes and amazing teachers.
