   Really don’t know what’s happening with this vet. Used to be good, now there is a serious lack of communication happening, no responses to emails, when I call during working hours, they say their offices are closed, I was prescribed a medication for my cat which had been taken off the market. When I questioned the staff about this, they had no clue. I’m also paying for a subscription for the meds and services which frankly, isn’t being provided.

   The 2 stars is just because the receptionist was great..the visit was a complete waste of time and a incorrect diagnosis..made 0 difference to my cat getting better..called the practice the next morning to say he's no different from yesterday and spoke to a different receptionist this time who had attitude and said I would have to wait over 24hrs to bring him back.

   I am giving this a 5 star review because today I saw Michael Lockerbie who has been our family vet for many years. He retired but does a few days a week and it was a pleasure to see him again.Prevously I was told by another vet that my cat needed to have over a 1,0000 pounds worth of cat treatment and today I was told, that would not be the case, and because Michael Lockerbie knows his job well it makes me think how some vets are a rip of and try to make money out of you. Michael Lockerbie is a kind, considerate and trustworthy vet I would highly recommend him.

   Fitzgerald's Veterinary practice were excellent on my recent visit with my cat Pablo. Service from Alana was very efficient and made Pablo feel very welcomed, and his vaccination and health checks were excellent. The team provided a top service for our young boy, also advising us on things to keep an eye on and what the next steps are in his treatment. Highly recommend!

   I would like to express my greatest thanks to the team at Fitzgerald's. When someone found my cat passed away on the street they called up Fitzgerald's who said they would be more than happy to check the microchip and find the owner. Once I found out I went in later that day to see my cat and the receptionist was very friendly and was very understanding about my situation and even stayed after her shift finished for 30 minutes to allow me to say goodbye to my cat which I am very grateful for. The whole team also went above and beyond to help me make some keepsakes of my cat and didn't once make me feel bad for asking for multiple different memorabilias. They were all truly caring about my cat and for me the owner and helped me in whatever way they could. Thankyou for all your help guys I really appreciate everything you did. Rest in peace Clive.

   I’m not even a customer here but I found an injured stray cat and called Fitzgeralds. The lady who answered the phone said they couldn’t take the cat unfortunately due to it being close to closing and then closed Sunday so nobody to look after it, but she was so helpful anyway, and put me in touch with a charity who could help me. If that’s the service for someone who isn’t even a customer then I reckon it’s a pretty good place to take your animals.

   This vet failed my dog. Twice we took him, telling them he isn't himself, he's crying he's in pain. Both times we get told there's "no issue". My dog is dead. They don't listen, they're dismissive. Feel free to bring your pet here, just don't be surprised if they drop dead a week later.

   I would highly recommend their service they looked after our cat for 9 years. I remember when she had outgrown her carrier they kindly lend us one, we had nought her in a cupboard box. For us this was a sign that they really cared about animals. Sadly out cat when blind and had a seizures and died at the veterinary. When she kept having seizures we bought her striaght there eithout an appointment they saw her immediately. They always referred to her my her name and treated her as part of our family. I like to thank the staff team for many happy years of service.

   Been with this vet surgery for a long time. For when I was a child. Staff are always good and make time for your questions. The vets are great both my cats where sterilised at this vets. Never had a bad experience at all always postive when I go in till I leave.
