This village pharmacy is such a friendly and efficient place to get all my prescriptions that I need . Whenever I have needed advice or help, someone is always at hand to help . All staff are very pleasant and professional. Nothing is too much trouble .

Thanks so much for an incredible service today. My daughter had a consultation today and both the trainee Pharmacist and the Pharmacist were great with her. Comprehensive assessment and diagnosis of her presenting complaint and a prescription to treat.
Do not use This pharmacy. Every single time I go in, there is either an issue or an out of stock. They wont use a common sense approach and as a result, my very poorly daughter was delayed antibiotics by 1 day. There will always be an issue with your medication/prescription. I will always send someone else to collect for me now as I simply don’t have the energy for this pharmacy any more
I have never found the staff anything but professional and helpful, and I don't think this has altered at all since the personnel have changed. We are very lucky to have a pharmacy in the village and it would always be my first port of call.
Wow! What a lovely team! Great service and smiles all around! Staff are so polite, although they didn’t have a certain brand that I like they were more than happy to order it into the pharmacy for the same day or offer me an alternative. Very pleased with all of their knowledge, will definitely come back! :)
I went to collect my prescription yesterday and stood there for a good few mins trying to get attention. The girl in blonde saw me but looked right through me like I was invisible. I went further in but even the pharmacist ignored me until I said excuse me. No proffessionalism, friendliness, manners or courtesy.
Gave me gaviscon advance with 5 month shelf life. It had curdled. They said they would phone back when checked. They didnt call back. Daid they would order it in for fri or sat and call me when in. They didnt. Now im without my meds for my laryngospasms. No duty of care here or customer service.
Second time in a row I've been sent a penalty charge from this chemist due to 'not paying' my prescription. One member of staff is rude also. Miss the old pharmacist Sue, she was brilliant. Went down hill when she left.
