   Just been into this brilliant pharmacy and was diagnosed straightaway with Sinasitus. Given a prescription with great advice. Can't thank the pharmacist enough. Needs to be 10 star rating.

   I recently visited this pharmacy and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I needed assistance with a medication that cost just £3.50, but instead of offering help, they insisted I pay the full prescription price. It felt frustrating and unhelpful, especially for such a small amount. Customer service could definitely use some improvement. I expected more support from a pharmacy. I won’t be returning.

   No stars - I had to add one to post. My daughter has had problems with prescriptions being mislaid or not ready in the past which she put up with as, at the time, she worked locally. She has a long term joint problem and has bought many joint supports from this chemist, at some expense and more than online, trying to ‘buy local’. The support she bought, last week, although unisex does not fit someone with a fullsome chest. So in legal jargon it ‘is not fit for purpose’ . Unfortunately we were told it could not be returned, for hygiene reasons. She’d not actually tried it on, we had been warned by someone else before she opened it. However, that is beside the point, it was not fit for purpose. Having googled the item, online chemists are selling it £10 cheaper with a 7 day return policy. People wonder why high street shops are disappearing. She’s now moved to our chemist for her prescriptions, which is Severn Road Pharmacy, Severn Road, Oadby, which I can highly recommend to anyone looking for a new chemist. No parking charges and lovely helpful friendly staff. However don’t always blame parking charges for the loss of Oadby centre, some shops are doing it for themselves.

   After phoning around all the chemists in Harborough, Kibworth and Oadby, I finally found my prescription was available in the Oadby store. Spoke to a gentleman named Eze who was very professional and was able to finally sort out my much needed prescription. Thank you!

   Takes ages to get a prescription and under staffed. just go to boots pharmacy instead which is a few shops away and has items better priced. My doctor has this as their default surgery, so I asked for the prescription to be unlocked by Lloyds and then pick up from boots which is faster and less hassle.

   Absolutely rubbish! Just came out of the pharmacy now having stood for exactly 1hr 3minutes for one prescription medicine. Took the ladies 20minutes only to bloody print a sticker! Get more staff! 2 ladies and one of which looked like a trainee and the other one was running around like a headless chicken! Never will I come back to this pharmacy! Definitely wouldn’t recommend this. I’d rather drive far.

   I would like to thank all the wonderful staff at Lloyd's pharmacy. They really went the extra mile to help me out on behalf of my mum. Sonam, sorry if I've spelt that incorrectly, was brilliant, she remade up dossett boxes, not the pharmacy's fault, to ensure that mum got the medication she needed. Thanks once again, you are my heroes!

   Rude staff and very slow service. I appreciate that we are in “unprecedented” times with the covid pandemic but staff are rude when talking to customers, ordering them to leave the pharmacy rather than asking. Never seem to have the full amount of medication no matter what your prescription is. Had two “owing” slips for one prescription so had to return multiple times. Customer service skills definitely need improvement. Definitely will be finding a new pharmacy in the future
