Tommy was brilliant from start to finish - lots of useful information before our appointment, a warm welcome on arriving at this lovely store (even a cup of tea) and the right amount of space given to play the pianos whilst also being on hand to guide. Such a friendly place! And lots of choice of lovely pianos. Great communication afterwards and brilliant, speedy delivery by very efficient, polite and careful delivery drivers. The piano will be treasured for many years to come. Thanks so much! My only regret is that I didn’t look here sooner!”

“My husband took our old volvo in to look at the tyres which keep going flat even though they're relatively new. The garage assessed the problem and ground down the corroded wheel rims whilst he waited. They took a little while but only charged us £50. They have always been extremely accommodating, helpful and generous, doing other smaller jobs and under-charging us in our opinion. So helpful, so reliable. Thank you staff at Oadby Tyre Services. “I went to Oadby asda on Tuesday 23rd December 2025 at 7.42pm . I couldn’t do a delivery like normally do as all the slots was gone . When I got to the store I was already struggling as I’m sensory based and have anxiety . I went up to a female worker and explained I needed some assistance doing my shopping and the reasons for this and because things was to overwhelming and for my sensory needs I broke down in pure panic and tears . The lady was so helpful and took me to someone else for help , then a worker called Chris Hughes said I can help and assist . There service manager called zaid said yes for Chris in assisting me round the store at by this time I was having a massive panic attack without knowing I was . They both took me to sit down and stayed with me till my breathing was ok before Chris then help me get a trolly and assissted me with my shopping . I was still very sensory overwhelmed and having a medical on top too to deal with I told Chris I would of found this Exstreamly difficult if did this alone . His kindness of offering me assistance really ment the world to me that day . Both to him and zaid kindness I could not be more forever grateful to them . Even some members of the public in the store also offered to help seeing how distressed and sensory overwhelmed I was . But having the kindness of the store and it’s workers like Chris and zaid , they both truly helped me that night and without there kindness of there assistance I would not of been able to get my food done let alone do it myself without struggling of my sensory needs and a medical need . They both deserve a raise or some sort of praise for what they did for me that night . Pure kindness at heart . Normally my food is delivered because I have a medical and sensory needs . So with there kindness of support in assisting me that night really went along way showing they care for there customers . I will also be writing to there big boss of this showing my gratitude to them both but hope they also see this too . Thank you so very much Oadby asda . I’m forever grateful I really am . You have shown what kindness really means so thank you so much from my heart !”

I had an idea of what I wanted and after a consultation with Jo and a pencil sketch of my idea, Jo came up with the most beautiful and unique bouquet complete with led lights to compliment my own designed wedding decorations. Jo went above and beyond delivering a 2nd bouquet for me to throw at the reception saying mine was too beautiful to throw and finished the set with a matching buttonhole for my husband to be. My bouquet was delivered to me at the venue and Jo came along with her supply of rescue remedy to help calm those pre wedding nerves and petals to make a heart on the bed. I have since immortalised the bouquet in a box frame recreating with silk flowers. Thanks Jo for everything.”

He transformed our desperately outdated and somewhat dilapidated 1970s/1980s bathroom to a stylish, well-fitted and modern little haven of peace and comfort. He has a knack of calmly and kindly communicating the best options available, when you’re really not sure what it is you want or need, or generally which way to turn. He also discreetly deals with everything within your budget and remains tactful about this throughout. Baz is the consummate professional in all he does - and he respects your property and surroundings to the nth degree, protecting everything as he goes and constantly keeping things clean and tidy (as much as he can when working in a ‘bomb site’ such as our work necessitated at times). Do choose Baz for the work you need doing, he won’t let you down and he keeps it real - you can also have a good laugh with him, and this goes a long way to keeping everyone sane whilst having the upheaval of your house being upside down.”

They gave me a fantastic matched price from somewhere else I was going to buy from before from the net.
