Tommy was brilliant from start to finish - lots of useful information before our appointment, a warm welcome on arriving at this lovely store (even a cup of tea) and the right amount of space given to play the pianos whilst also being on hand to guide. Such a friendly place! And lots of choice of lovely pianos. Great communication afterwards and brilliant, speedy delivery by very efficient, polite and careful delivery drivers.
