Tommy was brilliant from start to finish - lots of useful information before our appointment, a warm welcome on arriving at this lovely store (even a cup of tea) and the right amount of space given to play the pianos whilst also being on hand to guide. Such a friendly place! And lots of choice of lovely pianos. Great communication afterwards and brilliant, speedy delivery by very efficient, polite and careful delivery drivers. “A small hotel in a quiet country location. Great customer service from Chris who made me feel welcomed and at ease when I arrived. Room was perfect for my needs and it was lovely that one of the cleaners called Pauline offered me room service in the morning as I wasn't expecting it. A very nice place to stay if you're in need of some peace and quiet.”
