   Given run around from surgery to pharmacy. Slow at processing, saying they need 72 hours to put together a prescription! Poor service.

   Disgusting service. Would not recommend. Attitude, bordering on insulting. Maybe it's this one staff member because usually they are efficient and polite. Just this one person has shattered that image. Hope pharmacy manger reads this, as it is far from acceptable to be flobbed off in such a manner. You've got my name, time was 1845hrs. If you've something to say you've got my number.

   This is my closest pharmacy went twice and both times faced very rude behaviour from the staff. Went to two pharmacies in parade and both were very helpful. Asda needs to review their staff training in the pharmacy

   Tried to us this pharmacy twice over the last 2 days. 1st my Neice very nervus sent away because they where just about to take a break went to dentist then came back got her to fill in a form only to be told you will have to come back in 45 mins because of another break within 10 minutes of going to another pharmacy with in 3 min walk all sorted. 2nd my collegue and brother in law, listened to him said cant help pharmacist not avalible. He came back saying it was a joke. 3rd asked the for help for myself didnt have the right medicine Luckily plenty of other pharmacys in Oadby this is our closest to our shop but will will no longer use as the other pharmacys were able to help Sam Epic Accessories

   The person called Hafsa on the phone who claimed she was the manager was very rude and sharp. Always had a unfriendly experience at this pharmacy. Feel like going somewhere else.

   Amazing place the most helpful pharmacist I’ve come across. On two occasions they have gone out of there way to help me. Once when I needed an inhaler and had no prescription they could see I needed and gave it me. On another occasion, recently I ran out of my prescription medicine, couldn’t get hold of the doctors for over a week and they took it upon themselves as they could see I was suffering and gave me my medication enough to get me through the night and it really did save my night. Amazing service better than the doctors tenfold!!

   I've been to this pharmacy a few times and each time sworn it I my last. The staff are stuck up, have NO interest in customer service and are down right rude. Advice is rubbish and today the pharmacist turned around and walked away. I stood around thinking she's coming back. Utterly disgusting.
