   Will never buy from them again. Emailed them several times. No answer. Bought on 30 December 2024. Got an email today on the 9th January with a refund on some of my order. Emailed them and said cancel entire order as I’ve already bought elsewhere. Got an email with a tracking number with rest of the order. No thanks. Never again. Tracking not available.

   I placed an order for car sickness tablets on Nov 15 th and payed over 9 euro for postage to Spain. I contacted Vision on 15 DECEMBER saying i had not received my order. I was told they were giving me a refund as the order was rejected at the customs!!!! Surely a company such as Vision would know the rules about sending car sickness tabs to Spain, also when were they going to let me know and give me my refund. I had to contact them twice.

   Having been messed around by two outlets that I had used previously I stumbled upon Vision Pharmacy and what a wonderful experience evolved. The website is full and easy to navigate. I ordered my requirements in minutes and delivery was swift also. I have been taking these since 2018, with full knowledge of my GP who made sure that they would not have any side effects with my current medication and all was good. It's safe to say in the words of Arnie, I'll be back. Thank you Vision Pharmacy

   Although order arrived as expected one item was less than half the amount of tablets ordered and paid for. Customer Service seems none existent as I have tried to phone them, no answer or answerphone and have now sent 3 email which I have had no response at all. Please think carefully before you ordered anything from them.

   An order costing £16.99 inc postage was made on 8 jan 2023. On 19 Jan 2023 I received an email headed Partial refund of £14.00 which excluded postage. No reply to my request for a complete refund as goods were obviously not coming. Case taken up with PayPal who refunded full amount of £16.99 on 1 Feb 2023. Thankyou PayPal.

   Slow and liars Shipping 1-2 days?! Received after 2 weeks and only because I phoned to chase my order. Seems my order was put on a royal mail 24 service when I got off the phone, despite being told it was sent out the week before and should have received it already. AVOID AVOID AVOID
