Waited for ages for a prescription which they never had in stock, said tomorrow. Asked for a print out of it so could get it from another chemist, who had it. I wanted it that day. Got to the other chemist found out these lot had already put dispensed on the system meaning I couldn't get it Whether it was on purpose or a mistake, either way, they totally screwed me over.
Really bad service. They keep sending incomplete medication. When rang them said you are complaining all the time but if you don’t send the medication I need what do you expect. Rude customer service. Mistakes after mistakes not once about 4/5 times
Very helpful staff always willing to help and advice. Knowledgeable in their area. I have often been served by Ravi and Sharon who are both exceptional in their customer service and communication.
Amazing pharmacy. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable as well as go the extra mile to help their customers. They also has a variety of services for the benefit of the community. Highly recommend pharmacy!
Went to Pearl Chemist for the first time today, although I was bought up in the area, had never been. Shocked how excellent all the staff were, so friendly, down to earth and nice. The first lady I spoke with was so friendly and smiling, then I think Ravi, who was so kind, helped me understand which travel vaccines I needed. Then when it came to the vaccine, Sagar was just absolutely brilliant! I told him of my phobia of needles, he did it with so much care and did not feel anything at all. Was so friendly and professional. Really is the best pharmacy I have visited. Just wish they were closer to where I live!

The front of house customer facing workers here are really nice and friendly but the pharmacy manager is arrogant, ignorant, rude and obnoxious. As long as you don't encounter the terrible manager you'll be fine. Also have found on numerous occasions pharmacists in the back backbiting and ridiculing patients that go here. Abhorrent behaviour. Overall good service though by the pharmacy assistants/medicine counter assistants.
