felt very unprofessional and unorganised. made an appointment to get antibiotics and turned me away as “system wasn’t working”. the room they took me into was absolutely filthy. i felt like i was in a backstreet pharmacy. definitely DO NOT recommend!!!
Went in today 9.05 am to collect prescription was told by the worker I've just opened up and was too early to collect prescription told him ok I'll leave it and will report you then started lying that he never said that never had any problems with other staff this one is to avoid very rude attitude now left with no medications
Terrible service. After calling 10+ Still no response. Always providing medication days - 2 weeks later , can’t get through , provides my parents wrong medication always have to call up and get it corrected. Receive terrible customer service from the people working there rude tone only one person that works there is good (2 x old man sorry don’t know name) the younger lads working there need to be looked into shouldn’t be working at a chemist if they seem angry everytime someone calls in, very unserious and rude not suited for the job seems like they got in just because they know the managers clearly not capable to carry out a job that requires good and efficient customer service. Please look into this as it’s serious. Will be changing chemist for my parents as extremely unsatisfied , this isn’t just one or 2 occasions it’s multiple occasions and multiple problems. Never had this sort of issue with any other chemist only started having issues since I switched to day night for convenience (local).
I've always found this pharmacy very good, customer service always helpful. They have a wide range of products of all descriptions including medical, pharmaceuticals, vitamin & natural herbal supplements. They are knowledgeable & well informed & give good advice. I've always found them to provide good service.
