   First of all no stock on medicines and when to collect later same day card machine not working seen morning didn't even bother to call and let us know so we can take some cash. Came home and call few times no answer is the worst place to get your medication. They prefer all the patients die not even have any other options of payment.

   Irregular staff, never seem to know what's going on. Today they were ment to open at 8am but the pharmacist didn't turn up. Went back at 9 still not open as still no pharmacist so got my prescription and went elsewhere. I will say 90% of staff you get are friendly and apologetic the problem runs much higher in the well company. We have had similar issues on numerous occasions and today was the final straw. We are moving to another chemist 15 min drive away rather than a 5 min walk. That says how poor this place is

   very very very rude!! never answer the phone. so people have to go out in the cold already poorly to check if script ready to be told no and to come back. save poorly people coming out in this weather and answer ur phones! disgusting

   Pharmacy Staff are friendly but pharmacy never got stock, a few time came to collect the prescription and have to wait for minimum 30-60 minutes. Sometime they says they haven’t got prescription from the doctors but when checked with surgery they said they have already sent it. Needs to have more staff and stock or should stop registering more patients with the pharmacy. Please do not register with this pharmacy unless you don’t have another option.

   They might as well just throw the phone in the bin they never answer it. You call it’s engaged you call back and it will ring 300 times with no answer. If you get a prescription sent there be a better chance of being healed by the hands of a resurrected jesus than actually receiving your prescription. Moving to Leicester pharmacy. 4 miles away but atleast you can get your prescription without a 72 hours wait to process once they receive it. This doctors is why Iv bought private healthcare insurance. Getting an appointment in the morning and being told your number 1645 in the queue is too much for anyone. If you do manage to get through to anyone the staff will be generally friendly. That’s about it.Is just a prime example of a crippling NHS.

   Staff friendly but awful pharmacy in terms of dealing with prescriptions. Either they don't have the medicine, or only have some so you have to go back,process repeat prescriptions 3 days later when other pharmacies will have them ready in 2 hours. I really try to avoid it if I can

   Staff are friendly but the place seems so disorganised. I call up and order my repeat prescription, give it w few days for delivery or whatever, get there and it’s not in and has to be ordered again. This has happened multiple times. Very frustrating as I work full time so I only really get an opportunity once a week or so to go down. Like I said, it’s happened more than once. Just seems badly run.
