I've had a really positive experience at Clarendon Pharmacy. I have learnt that it has really changed ownership. The pharmacist, Mohammed Kolia, is super knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything in detail, which I really appreciate.
Great Customer service, Always giving me helpful advice when needed. Also Medicine for my dad always arrives on time. Great choice of sweets in the pharmacy ;)

So many services to offer at this pharmacy saving you time instead of having to wait for gp referrals. And staff are very helpful.
Honestly what an amazing team, the staff are so friendly and helpful and will go above and beyond to help you out. I was unable to collect my medication myself and Mohamed Collier went out of his way to drive all the way to my house in another city to personally deliver my medication because he knew how important it was. I can’t thank him enough!
If only I could give no stars. They gave me the wrong product in a prescription bag. When I got home and opened it, I rang them but they would not take it back and refund as I 'should ' have checked it while I was there. It was an inhaler spacer sealed in a plastic container, unopened packaging. They offered to dispose of it for me, but couldn't refund me, so how was that helpful? I do have a bin of my own. I will have to pay another 9.30 for the correct item.

This pharmacy does not open on Sundays even though it says here that they are.
Staff here seem untrained and cannot seem to answer basic questions nor are they inclined to fetch anyone who can help. Prices of items are far more expensive than the chemist nearby on Welford Road. As of today Andrews salts, for example, is £1 more expensive here than it is at the Healthcare Pharmacy, for the SAME product. Lots of other items here overpriced too.
