Brilliant staff and Mr Singh is gem of a person who goes way beyond to help customers. Parking an issue in Gwendolen Road so would recommend to park in east park road. East Park GP just a few doors away too. Please be aware that the pharmacy closes between 1pm & 2pm. Google doesn’t reflect that yet.

I would rate this 0 stars if I can, first time here and they took the actual piss off everyone leaving the prescription behind the desk making everyone wait up to an hour. Such a waste of time coming here, avoid this at any cost.
I've been going to this pharmacy for a while and it has changed hands a few times, however the latest staff here are hit and miss. There are too young lads, who are brilliant, very attentive and really pleasant, but the two girls that work here, really poor customer service. The young girl with a ponytail, held the door for her as she was on the phone and didn't even say thanks, just barged past me, and then barges straight past me again when I was waiting for my prescription, the other girl who wears a scarf and lots of makeup, looked at me like I was inconveniencing her, luckily I was severed by the young guy who just finished with another customer, who the woman in the scarf was more interested in serving the other customer, even though I came in first. Although this is ran by a group of mainly Asian staff, if you are not Caucasian, you get treated really poorly (apart from the two guys). This place would get 5 stars if it wasn't for the girls who work here.
Pharmacist never sees you on time, your always waiting around for ages to speak to him when you go in says come back at different times, we also have priorities which he don’t realise. you are always waiting around. Not as polite as mr shah unfortunately. So sad to now move myself an family to a further pharmacy despite the surgery being next door.
A really friendly pharmacy with lots of facilities and services. You can get a blood pressure check, blood sugar test and even weight check. You health is very important and Mr Singh really cares about your health and well being.
Walked in for the first time in ages and seen and heard of a great professional and considerate service to patients and customers. Keep it up!
