   Raj needs to get some help in dealing with patients. Order comes in from doctors at 11am.cant delivery till next day.even thought it's for 84 year old with water infection.needing antibiotics to help clear it.when I ask why it hadn't been delivered was told we are very busy.but still advertising for new patients for delivery. Told me I could have come in for it,,but if you are expecting it to be delivered,.try calling but was told by Raj that they are told busy to answer phone.very poor service RAJ need to lose the chip on his shoulder. In end wasn't really getting any where with Raj,so he told me to get in touch with head office, gave me email address, guess what it's at saffron Lane.so my dad had to suffer longer because they want more patients but can't fill what they offer.even told me some places charge for this service.but they don't,so why bring it up.very disappointed, been with saffron for over 25 years.it this what it .even said it was out for delivery this but they could get it back and give me prescription to take else where.so sad that my dad had to suffer.i k ow not all will have experience this bad service but when it happens to your sick dad .it needs to be address.stay safe

   This pharmacy is my preferred choice out of the 3 pharmacist that are all close by. Raj, the pharmacist is always helpful and on hand to answer any questions or queries. Nothing is ever a problem for Raj and he is always willing to offer consultations with care, empathy and professionalism. Raj really cares about his patients and creates a safe space in consultation. Which is really appreciated. I also would like to mention the wonderful front of house staff, who are all extremely helpful and friendly especially Vicki, who always greets with a smile and nothing is ever a problem when you have any queries. Vicki always offers a warm personal touch to her service. Together Raj, Vicki and the team offer a warm friendly personal experience. Due to this I now have become a regular and get all my prescriptions sent here. Thanks Raj, Vicki and the rest of the saffron team. This service is why I opt to come to your pharmacy.

   Had to drive from Barwell to saffron pharmacy leicester to get my prescription tablets and they were just great in and out in 5 minutes got the tablets I needed job done, now how easy was that friendly too,unlike the H.B.B.C area take your tent you'll be there a while and then leave empty handed what a shambles our area is,anyway thank you saffron pharmacy brilliant

   Arrived on time for my daughters Covid vaccine, this was at 9 am the staff arrived after us. The pharmacist doing the vaccine didn't acknowledge us, or even look at who he was vaccinating. He didn't ask if my daughter was on any medication. Not impressed, go elsewhere for vaccinations.

   Took my son in for his c19 jab. The pharmacist was rude, lacked patient care and wasn’t at all interested. Didn’t even ask my son if was ok after the jab, or give him a tissue for his bleeding arm. Terrible terrible experience. Avoid this place and use Howwits Pharmacy which is next door. They are so much better and care about patients!

   AVOID pharmacist loves the sound of his own voice and wouldn't let you speak he is very rude, unprofessional and slags of the GP surgery. He Refused to issue a prescription unless he got a copy of a discharge letter? Not happy to share this due to confidentiality ( I thought your under the care of your doctors. Not the pharmacist?). Pharmacist happy to leave patient without his medication... Dangerous
