A very good reliable pharmacy they have looked after me for 13years I would not use any other thanks to staff and pharmacist for there compassion

If I could leave 0 stars believe me I would… this pharmacy is absolutely rude and has rude workers in it that should get some disciplinary meeting or be fired ! Not only I rang 3 times and it was after 2 o’clock fully aware of your lunch bs timing from 1pm to 2pm. 4th time I called finally someone answered I asked if they have some tablets in stock clearly there is some circumstance of why I’m ringing and I’m coming in . She told me I don’t know but then went to have a look and said they available then I asked how much they are and she goes can’t tell you right now because we busy. Regardless if you busy or not you answered that call rather than chit chatting in the back of your pharmacy actually do some work is not that hard to check a price. Call was taken made today 27th October at 14:37 do better ! Disgusting behaviour
Great pharmacy the pharmacist is polite patient and friendly. Offering good advice. I’ve Never had an issue with them only due to the surgery getting it wrong
Credit where credit is due. Again this Chemist has gone 'above and beyond' what it needed to and rushed in an important medication for me, that without, I would be in absolute acute pain. I can only thank you for your efforts and services because without them I would have indeed been lost. Thank you so much for your fantastic service. 5 very well deserved Stars. Interpharm are Go!
Opens late and sometimes not at all. Between Christmas and New year closed on Monday and Tuesday the 27th & 28th. No visible signage to tell patients. Online information differs and no clear indication which site is correct. The phone number cuts off with no information. Dr will only give monthly prescriptions so patient’s now without important medication for many days. Pharmacists purports to be akin to Medical staff for the vital service they provide the community but don’t open at all at one of the most challenging times of year. Of course NHS/medical staff deserve a rest and break over Xmas, many won’t get! Meanwhile these jokers at interpharm, unlike other local pharmacies who are open, keeping ppls prescriptions from them.
I use this pharmacy several times a week,never had a problem,friendly staff,I've also had my flu jab here for the last 3 years and never felt a thing,I told the pharmacist she has magic hands and I will continue to use it couldn't ask for better service.
Always have a great experience when going to pick up my prescriptions. Staff are always helpful and always a nice atmosphere
Well yet again I’m leaving a bad review of this chemist. Again my prescription got sent through to them on the 19th November and I had to call them on 26th November to find out when it’s being delivered!!! Only to be apologised too and told it will be delivered tomorrow, the 27th November. We will wait and see though not holding my breath on this, but I will be out of needed medication on the 28th November. They have one job to do and that’s to make sure that the correct people get the medication that the GP has prescribed and they fail miserably at that. The label on the prescription will even have 19th November on it along with delivery service on it. Not difficult to follow what’s on the label. If I’d of missed things like that in my job every month I’d expect to get sacked.
Brilliant service, the pharmacist was really polite and helpful when I recently had a flu jab as doctors are not being very helpful. Have my repeat prescription from her from them last 5 years never a problem. Would highly recommend.
