Never ever get my prescription right and it's never on time and blame the doctors. Staff are rude talk over you and can never answer a simple question and when they owe you meds you never get them

This is a first class chemist. Never had any concerns. The staff of very friendly and you can have a laugh with them. Would highly recommend saffron pharmacy

Keep you waiting for ages, then don't do full prosciption order. Told to come back the next afternoon - has to wait for 5 people to be served, then after a great deal of messing about - told, still not in. Poor service.

I never leave reviews, this is how frustrated I am. back in 2015 I had travel vaccinations costing hundreds of pounds at this pharmacy, to have recently found out that they have failed to inform my GP of these vaccinations which means nothing is held on my record, after speaking to a very rude lady on the phone who spoke over me constantly I was then told there is now nothing they can do, they do not have these records any more, this has resulted in me not knowing what I had, doubling up on unnecessary vaccinations, once again costing hundreds of pounds, I was given no solution or help, as people can appreciate in the current climate we don't all have this type of money laying around.

Pharmacy clinicians look unaware of products and giving advice. The management looks broken and there needs to be a sense of coordination, management and teamwork.

The customer service is okay but the Phone Queue wait times are horrendous. I'm on the phone with them currently and first in line yet its pushing almost an hour to speak to someone. That is horrendous wait times.

Beware to all!!!! I order my repeat prescription monthly, only to find items are missing and damaged. When I call to pre-order the item (they forgot to add) they are very rude do not listen and blame me (for what exactly!!). Very troubling and concerning, I am elderly and unable to drive due to glaucoma condition. Without my eye drops I can become blind, when trying to explain this to the staff they laughed at me.

Horrendous customer service! Patients are made to feel like a liability. I called to order my repeat prescriptions and was attended to by a rather patronising lady, Sejal, who allegedly couldn't locate my details on the screen. I was put on hold (with no explanation) and then handed over to an equally patronising and aggressive male member of staff, Priyesh. In previous occasions, my GP Pharmacist has communicated any changes of my dosages to my Pharmacist. With that in mind, I tried explaining that one of meds had been tapered. Priyesh's response was rather apathetic (and I quote) - "we're a separate entity so unless someone tells us, how are we to know?". I was also accused of shouting (!) - Priyesh claimed he would hang up the phone if i continued shouting. I would strongly urge that the Manager records his staff's telephone interactions with patients as this will only prove how awfully patients are treated. Patients like myself don't enjoy contacting Pharmacists for their meds - we require them for our ailments. We ought to be treated with some dignity.
