   I have been using this pharmacy for over six months, during which time they have successfully delivered medication to the correct address without issue. However, I have experienced repeated problems with the collection of my sharps bin and unused injections, which are no longer required. I was advised that the failure to collect was due to an incorrect address, despite the fact that deliveries have been made to me consistently for several months. I have contacted the pharmacy twice to request collection, yet no one has attended to collect either the sharps bin or the unused medication. These items remain stored in my fridge and are causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience, particularly given that they are medical waste. Given the lack of follow-up, poor communication, and failure to resolve this matter after multiple attempts, I do not recommend this pharmacy.

   No more Saturdays delivery is horrible! As people who work can't arrange slot as you don't provide exactly time for delivery on week days. Customer service - rude and not helpful. Very disappointing. When tried to resolve the problem by phone , I spent 1hour and finally gave up .

   How come this gets such good reviews? I’ve only had two deliveries and both were messed up. They do deliveries on Saturdays, which is great if you could arrange one online but you have to call. I was on hold for 58 minutes earlier trying to sort out my second delivery. My first delivery was a no show and almost left me with no stock. Shambles!

   I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding support I received from Raine Honey today. She was an absolute lifesaver in helping to organise the urgent delivery of my son's medication. From start to finish, Raine was kind, professional, understanding, and incredibly efficient. Having spent a great deal of time dealing with various people in relation to my son's condition, I can honestly say that I wish everyone was as compassionate and helpful as Raine. She not only made the process smooth and stress-free but also showed genuine care and empathy, which meant the world to me. I can’t thank her enough. If there were more people like Raine in the world, life would be so much easier! She is an absolute credit to her profession, and I am so very grateful for her help.

   I have always found this company to be efficient and professional, and they supply these valuable, hard-to-source medications at prices lower than any other suppliers I can find. I recommend this company, and I suggest that those people who have found telephone contact difficult send an email instead. I am sure, like me, they will then be dealt with promptly and courteously.

   Spent over an hour on hold trying to get through and then gave up in the end. Apparently our "call was important to them"... but not enough for them to pick up the phone. What a waste of space.

   My partners prescription was emailed over from a foreign clinic, however, we heard nothing from them. 3 calls later (one which was put down after waiting on hold for 10 minutes) and we were told delivery couldn't be until Tuesday (4 days later) as we had missed the 1pm deadline. Stress added to an already stressful situation!

   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. We are going through our second round of self funded IVF and I shopped around for the cheapest IVF Meds. I sent Emails to several companies, got quotes from the recommended supplier we had used before and also from Asda. Fertility 2U were the cheapest by far (I even emailed to check they hadn't made a mistake). They said the prices were correct but couldn't supply synarel so we paid out over £200 to have it supplied by our clinic's supplier and a further £50 for the Private Prescription. I uploaded the prescription to the website and then got a reply with a quotation which was more expensive than any of the other quotes from other companies. I replied and copied the earlier quote and subsequent query correspondence but was told that the person answering the enquiry had misread the prices and the quote was not valid. I now need to go to Asda to get the rest of what we need and when we add the price of the private prescription and extortionate synarel, it is by far the most expensive way we could have done it. This whole situation is stressful enough without mistakes being made by alleged 'professionals'. These are the most expensive meds available and having checked, Asda are supplying IVF Meds NOT FOR PROFIT (which was still beaten by Fertility 2U by several hundred pounds until I was ready to pay!) I am very angry and feel let down. We have spent over £17000 so far and feel we are being fleeced by an industry only interested in making money from peoples desperation.
