It made all the difference in the world for us She set us at ease with a welcoming and warm manner and took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted whilst giving really good advice!! Carol went above and beyond to help us plan our friends 60th birthday celebration trip to Halkidiki, Greece for a group of 11 friends. Carols attention to detail, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire booking process smooth and stress-free. We even managed to secure the very same rooms from the previous year! Carol took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and tailored the trip perfectly to suit everyone’s needs. Wow, where do I start. Brilliant customer service from the get go. The staff are all very helpful, however a massive shout out to our travel advisor Donna. Her knowledge was excellent, her customer service was outstanding, she listened to our needs and found us our dream holiday to Mexico. We always book our holidays at the Nuneaton store with Donna. Donna has always looked after us from when there was just myself and my husband to now larger holidays with our children and family. We are 6 older guys that wanted a warm place with all inclusive to have a week of sunshine. Taylor recommened a fab place in Fueterventura that ticked all of the boxes. She made it easy for us to book and even helped do the online check in as we are not the most computer savvy.
