I recently had to change my cruise holiday and Kirstie really helped me explore my options and despite not being able to move the cruise to the following year as it wasn't available, she helped me find a lovely land holiday instead. She spent so much time with me exploring all options and nothing seemed too much for her despite me being a little bit too particular at times! The atmosphere in the shop was super friendly and relaxed and I couldn't imagine booking a holiday anywhere else.
