   I visited Vision Pharmacy today and asked to speak to a pharmacist. The pharmacist who spoke to me was immediately rude, abrupt and repeatedly cut me off, right from the start of our conversation. She asked no clarifying questions about my symptoms and jumped straight to assumptions and basic, surface-level advice, delivered in an aggressive, dismissive tone. At no point did she enquire as to whether I had already tried anything to address the problem. She barely made eye contact and seemed more focused on what was happening elsewhere in the shop than on the consultation. When I later asked the other pharmacist at the till a simple question about whether the recommended product would address a symptom the original pharmacist hadn’t bothered to ask about, she came over and interrupted in a defensive, closed minded, and unprofessional way. This was not remotely a patient-centred experience, and fell far below the standard expected of a clinician. I won’t be returning, and I’d urge caution to anyone seeking clinical advice here. I worry in particular for anyone vulnerable or with additional needs who is met by that attitude and lack of care. It felt like I was speaking to a hormonal teenager; and it came out of nowhere. I wouldn’t have minded so much if I’d have done or said something to deserve it! Good service is about how you make people feel. This service was many things, but good was not it.

   Outstanding service! I visited this pharmacy late into Sunday evening, for an infected finger, and the support was incredible. The staff was experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful, guiding me through the best course of action. I left with the right course of medication and the correct treatment to guide me to a comfortable resolution. I highly commend their expertise and supportive care. Thank you

   I had a really positive experience at Vision Pharmacy recently. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive to my 3-year-old daughter’s needs — they made her feel comfortable and cared for throughout our visit. A special thank you to Kiran and Amy, who both went above and beyond to help us. Kiran was especially patient and gentle with my daughter, and Amy provided an excellent consultation on stopping smoking, giving clear, supportive advice without any judgment. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that combines professionalism with such genuine care. I really appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be returning.    Open the latest which is brilliant when you're working late, and they're open on the days most places are closed. No matter what time or day it is when we come, Kiran is there 90% of the time and is always helpful with any questions we have and seems to be very knowledgeable. Aadil is super friendly and makes sure you know what your doing with whatever you need!

   I went there yesterday to get some vitamins for myself as a woman and there was so many options and I did not know what to take. Kiran Chaudhry who works there helped me and she was so helpful, kind, professional. She recommend for me the vitamin she uses for herself and it was exactly what I was looking for.
