   I needed item dispensing for my child who is at university in area . It’s hormonal medication that can not be stopped mid treatment Although pharmacy did not have it in stock - lady I spoke to refused to order it purely because it is expensive and not enough profit in it to do . I asked her what pt is supposed to do - and how that was even allowed - most unhelpful- said I have ring around other pharmacies myself. I said you get fee for dispensing item you not making a loss so completely unacceptable to refuse a pt there medication . This is not food it’s medical need for medical condition Where your duty of care to pt All this pharmacy cares about is profit Awful service Have checked since and it’s not even legal to go this I work in NHS. Where your duty of care as professional?????

   I called in on Monday to get a prescription request. The Pharmacist here was brilliant. The surgery where I was a temporary patient said I wasn't there patient anymore so the Pharmacist phoned me gp back home where I came from and got my prescription for my BP tablets. It took him over an hour to sort it out and he didn't complained once!! Thank you very much.

   Continuous miscommunications between GP and pharmacy. I’ve been 4 times and each time they do not have my medication. It is so frustrating when I’m met with unprofessional behaviour. This is resulting in side effects from missing my medication. There should be no gaps in patient care; especially when my communication has been clear.

   I have been using this pharmacy casually for more than 10 years and have always found it perfectly acceptable. However recently i have found it to be absolutely wonderful!!! All the staff treat me with respect and cheerful friendliness. They all without exception listen to and respect my opinions regarding medications and combine that with their training and expertise to help provide a good outcome for me. Poonam is attentive and knowledgeable, and working in tandem with my GP service at a nearby surgery,helps me deal with less serious ailments as and when they arise. The feeling of happiness on each contact with this pharmacy is quite special and personal, a rare thing these days!! Well done all of you and special thanks for spontaneously all cheering at my weight loss news it was sweet and caring, showing a lovely natural humane attitude. I highly recommend!

   Riverside has been my pharmacy for half a decade and always accommodate my needs even when I'm asking for a prescription to be ready on the day I call. The staff are friendly, supportive and personable and always offer advice if asked. They have always been quick to accommodate my requests and do their best to ensure I have what I need. Using this pharmacy has been an incredibly helpful and reliable experience.

   Quite a long wait; and resources are few, but staff are always absolutely lovely. Free health advice, contraception, and information is available here, and they can text when your prescription is ready. Strongly recommend.

   Very disappointed been using the pharmacy for many years for mines & my daughter prescription. Everytime i call one particular staff member can never hear what i am saying or she has understanding problem always have to put phone down and call back and speak to the pharmacist who can hear fine. More recently the shelfs are empty and have to keep requesting items to be ordered in the past all the stock is there, even the more common thing like nose spray for kids and paracetamol in the past the shelf were alway full. On the up side the pharmacist is lovely, poonam is always willing to help, ashame all the staff aren’t the same. How much can one person do, dispenser and look after shop floor and consult with patient. Also the member of staff took my blood pressure 2 months back its was really high, I only found out it was high when doctors rang me back after leaving my results with my doctor reception, she wrote it down for at pharmacy but didn’t say to be monitor my self because was high or even sat me down for 10mins to relax and take it again. Let me go home. Very disgusting in the service I have been getting, I’ve changed my monthly precipitation to be delivered from merrydale where I’ve been getting excellent service. Which is a shame because riverside is 2mins away from me. Thank you to the pharmacist poonam for all your hard work.
