I found the veterinary staff and receptionists to be extremely helpful, informative and professional. I have a regular appointment for my pet bunny and the staff are always very attentive and helpful. It be difficult to find vets who do teeth incisor trims without anaesthetic - so really grateful to the team here.

I strongly do not recommend this veterinary clinic. We had an appointment scheduled before the castration of our dogs. The doctor explained everything to us and asked to do a blood test. Our first dog was taken to a separate room. About five minutes later, we heard heart-wrenching screams from our dog. We went to the receptionist and asked them to return our dog. He came out terrified. The nurse who brought him out said that he didn’t let them take his blood. We were very surprised to hear that because our dog has had his blood taken many times in different clinics before, and everything was always fine. Yes, our dog is very emotional and active, but we had never heard him scream like that. We offered to go in with him so that he would be less nervous. Then they decided to take blood from our older dog first. He is very calm and patient. The nurse couldn’t find a vein in a dog that was standing still. She kept poking him with the needle and pulling the syringe plunger nonstop. Our dog bravely endured this horror until the nurse finally found the vein. The blood was coming out very slowly — maybe she hadn’t inserted the needle correctly. She filled less than half of the test tube and said that it would be enough. Our older dog looked completely exhausted. Then we lifted our second dog onto the table. My husband and I held him together with the nurse while the second nurse tried to take his blood. The dog was very nervous because, judging by his cries, they had hurt him before. We managed to hold him still so that the nurse could insert the needle. Our dog was patient. The nurse missed the vein. She poked our dog several times. Again, she missed the vein and began pulling the plunger of the syringe. Of course, no blood went into the syringe because the needle wasn’t in the vein. She pulled the syringe plunger at least five times, trying to draw blood from who knows where. Our dog was in a lot of pain and started to cry. The nurse still couldn’t take his blood. I had to carry him out because he was crying so much. My husband was asked to stay with our older dog because it turned out that the blood they had taken was not enough. My husband said that the nurse again didn’t hit the vein the first time, and even our calm older dog started struggling from the stress and pain. We left in complete shock — but a financial shock was still waiting for us. No one warned us that the fee for drawing the blood would cost more than the actual test itself. We were told the price would be £104 when we were asked if we agreed to do the test. But apparently, this clinic has a rule of not being transparent about prices. It turned out that the blood draw cost £50 plus £57 for the laboratory to issue the report. That’s pure deception and fraud. When the doctor came out, I tried to explain that the nurse was unprofessional, couldn’t draw blood, and caused our dogs a lot of pain. The response was: “We have many dogs coming here for blood tests every day. The problem is with your dogs.” At that moment, I realized there was no point talking any further. We took our dogs, bought them some treats, and hurried to get out of that horrible place.

One of my cat is ill, I take him to vet to see what its wrong with him. First they give me a worms pills, but I told him he’s loosing weight. Take to vet second time with more weight loss and he take a blood test to see if he has anemia. Take him to vet for a 3 time because he doesn’t want to eat or drink anything. When I bring him back to vet I told to the doctor (Joseph )he don’t eat and drink and he want to take other blood tests to see if he have a infection , but I told him to take for liver function, kidney function. They kept him in from 9 AM until 6 PM. When I go to pick him up he told me he suspected he had FIP . From last week when I was at vet with him I feed him with syringe, and we called the vet to see if blood tests results came back , but all the time they said no. Yesterday when I called the vet and I asked about blood results one of the front reception just ended up. I called again and other one she said the results came and vet is going to call me back but that doesn’t happen. When I call them back they said the results didn’t come back. Thi it’s not first time when I have this problem. For me I feels like the focus isn’t really on the animals’ wellbeing anymore but more about the money. I don’t recommend this centre to anyone because they don’t care about your pet they care how much money they get. They are not professionals, the front desks need to learning good manners to talk with people. That happens to my cat in the last 3 weeks . Today I take him to other clinic and when the doctor see him he told me if I keep him 1 more day with out treatment he will die. Now its in hospital.

We have been going here for 1.5 years, and our experience until today has been great. It is more expensive than other practices I have been to, but convenient, and the staff we encountered have been great. The receptionists are wonderful, the reminders for flea and worming are super useful, and until today, our experience with the vets had been only positive. Today my dog Winnie found and ate a small piece of a chocolate muffin on the street. I contacted the vets and they asked me to bring her down, which I did. I was then told it would be £200 to make her vomit, and was not advised on the actual risk to her of having ingested the muffin - I was simply told they take a no risk approach. That is fair enough, but when I expressed concern about whether it was really necessary to put her through that, I was immediately met with judgment and it was insinuated I was gambling with my dog’s life. It was a small piece of muffin. Was the risk nil - no - but any treatment has to be considered in context. No accommodations were made for Winnie who is an anxious dog and doesn’t like the vets - I explained she is better examined on the floor (as discovered by another vet at the same practice) and he scoffed. The entire appointment was incredibly uncomfortable, transactional, and I felt no kindness or reassurance from the vet - no humanity. Just - pay £200 or get out. I of course ended up paying a £60 consultation fee anyway for the pleasure - and cried in the parking lot. I have had dogs my whole life - I should have trusted my instincts and not taken her down. I hope the vet can be more empathetic next time.

I wasn’t waiting long, the vet was really good with my pup. And the price was really good as I took out a complete care plan. Very impressed with the service.

No information shared about what my dog is actually going through. Told to come back the next morning as machine was broken. Called the next morning telling me it would be another week. No advice on how to make my dog comfortable. Had to ask 3-4 times for my dog to even be looked at in certain areas. As my dog only being 10 weeks old it really upset me and made me lose faith in your company going forward

We’ve been so impressed with these vets. I have always been able to get a same day appointment for my cat, and every member of staff we’ve spoken to has been so lovely. We’ve seen three vets here and all have been great. They also take the time to speak to you to explain what’s going on with your animal. We’ve had our cat in the day care twice too and the nurses seem sweet and caring. Thank you for all your help!
