   Our 9-year-old cat named Cersei recently started having discharge from her behind 2 weeks ago, which made me and my partner very anxious. I researched reliable vets in our area and found great feedback about the Animal Clinic, so I decided to book an appointment. I was lucky to get a same-day slot. We met Dr. Cameron, who was detailed, calm, and reassuring about our cat’s condition. He explained that her symptoms is related to pyometra, her uterus was infected and needed to be removed. He walked us through the procedure, costs, and after-care thoroughly. Helen, the receptionist, was empathetic and kind as well. Around 1:40 PM, I received a call letting us know that the procedure went well and that we could pick up our cat in an hour. The nurse with the lovely pink hair carefully explained all the post-operation recovery steps. The Animal Clinic is exceptional in their service—professional, compassionate, and truly commendable. We are very grateful for their care.

   I can not recommend The Animal Clinic enough. They were absolutely fantastic with my bunny’s procedure ever so helpful and friendly. Betsy was well looked after and woke up from surgery very happy and was a great little fur patient as I was told by the vet. Thank you so much for giving Betsy the best care. X

   We have been registered at The Animal Clinic for more than 10 years now. The team know our pets by name and always give them a warm and enthusiastic welcome. We are very grateful for the kindness and attention to detail with which they perform their roles. It is so helpful to be able to see the same vets year after year as they get to know our pets' quirks and characters. They can quickly spot when something isn't right as they know the animals. Staff are professional, friendly and experts in their field. Thank you!

   I brought my two kittens for neutering and spaying and all the staff were brilliant. I recieved a call on the day to give me an update on their condition as promised, medication and instructions. They always answer the phone promptly and give you all the information you need. I'm very glad I chose the Animal Clinic, please keep up the good work!

   I was quickly able to make a same-day appointment for my dog when the online booking system showed the schedule was full. The vet was kind and ensured I knew what the problem likely was and how we could treat it. The receptionist was also very helpful when we discussed the finance plan available for more expensive treatments. Highly recommend!

   2 days before Christmas we took our very ill cat Milo, on an emergency appointment, to see Raffaella @ The Animal Clinic. Milo was having problems breathing. When I called the practice the reception staff were brilliant. I was really worried. They dealt with me calmly & professionally. Raffaella, Nathalie & their colleagues took great care of Milo, going above & beyond to find out what was wrong. The team stayed long after the practice closed that day to secure an appointment with a specialist vet. In the end Milo was diagnosed with cancer. It’s a type that responds well to treatment. We were told without this, he would not live past 2 weeks. So a huge Thank You for your dedication & care to our pet. While it’s not going to be easy for Milo, at least now he has a good chance. I would highly recommend this practice for all your pet’s care.

   Great team who always make you feel welcome. I came in on the wrong day for my appointment (right day of the week, wrong week) and they were still able to accommodate me and my little patient, Oreo. (An 8-year-old cat.) He had a bloody lip from an indolent ulcer, and were able to get that fixed up and advise me on a course to handle these going forward. Very thankful to have a vet nearby that is truly excellent, helpful and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.
