I had been feeling extremely stressed and went into the pharmacy looking for reassurance after my GP visit. I have a newborn and had been given what seemed like an unusually high dosage of vitamin D. Something didn’t feel right, so I asked the pharmacist for advice. The pharmacist was absolutely incredible. I have genuinely never experienced service like this before. I had recently had a baby via C-section and was dealing with severe anxiety, and he was so calm, patient, and reassuring. Despite the pharmacy being very busy, he took his time and made sure I felt heard and supported. He was cautious about the dosage and wanted to double-check. He contacted my GP, and when they were unavailable, he reached out to a colleague. They exchanged information and reviewed the guidance together until the correct dosage was confirmed. At one point I apologised and said I needed to rush because I’d been sent elsewhere to have my tonsils checked. Without hesitation, he kindly offered to check them himself. It might seem like a small gesture, but at that moment it meant the world to me. I was exhausted, in pain, extremely anxious, and caring for a newborn. That kindness made such a difference. He prescribed antibiotics and ensured I was properly looked after before I left. I wanted to leave this review because we don’t always take the time to appreciate people who truly go above and beyond — and this was one of those moments. In my anxious state I forgot to ask for his name, but I hope he reads this and knows exactly who he is. Thank you so much for your care, professionalism, and compassion. It meant more to me than I can put into words.

Stupid parking notices for the two parking spaces available with heavy fines to catch out those stupid people like me who have a valid appointment, but because it’s busy, they’re busy, and the staff are busy, neglect to register their vehicle. So good old me not wanting to clog up Warren Lane any more than it already is around the doctors has resulted in a £100 penalty notice being received yesterday so won’t be using this pharmacy, or the dentist ever again.

Polite receptionists, always very helpful. Pharmacist absolutely brilliant, great communication, felt listened too. Overall five star. Nice and bright everything's laid out nicely which makes it easier to find what you're looking for.

Pharmacy itself is very clean, spacious, good lighting and has lots of medical related products that you expect from a pharmacy, also sells make ups, foot cares, perfumes, sweets, toys & etc. Staff was helpful but service was very slow. I used it twice recently, the first time was in queue number 2, had to wait about 10 minutes. There are some free parking spaces right outside the pharmacy, BUT must be registered inside the shop, lots of notice to remind customers to do it. There is one step to get in / step out, personally think it’s a little risk and it can be a little difficult for wheelchair users.

My wife is a carer and was asked by a lady she cares for if she’ mind going to the pharmacy on Warren lane to pick up some medication as she was unable to go herself. It’s not really my wife’s job to do this, but as a carer she agreed. She popped into the pharmacy parked in the allocated pharmacy parking space. There was a queue and my wife was in a rush as she needed to be with her next person she cared for. She was apparently in there for 17 minutes queuing and getting the medication. We today received a parking fine for £100.00 Which we fine disgraceful apparently you suppose to tell them you have parked in an allocated space for the pharmacy to not receive the fine. My wife works extremely hard in a low paid job caring for people who need help. This is an absolute disgrace and the pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves. Photographic evidence clearly shows my wife in her carers uniform.

First time using this pharmacy for my partner to pick up a prescription and I have been given a parking fine of £100 from Civil Enforcement Ltd. I parked in the space labelled pharmacy customers, small print is you have to get a permit from the pharmacy to park there. I will not be using this pharmacy again.

Parking fines are ridiculous. I'm a good customer here and my wife accidentally forgot to enter our registration one day and now we're landed with a £100 fine! She was upset because our daughter had to be seen by pharmacist urgently thus forgot! As if people don't have enough to worry about (we like many are having decide to "heat or eat" at the moment) I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now. Really poor. Why have the private car parking company in first place? It's not even that busy or near the city centre. I'll shall be using boots from now on which has ample, free and not regulated parking.

Similar views to previous reviewer - Nice staff and pharmacy but not happy they subcontract the parking out to a bunch of crooks called Civil Enforcement Ltd who issued a fine (technically an invoice) when i took my disabled mum and elderly father to get their jabs. Im not going to pay it and they can take me to court the bunch of bas**rds. The pharmacy should do something about them to avoid getting negative reviews
