Went in as advised to self refer for antibiotics. Was told they wouldnt do it because they shut at half 6. I went in at 10 past 6. The pharmacist didnt care how much pain I was in just her closing time and her needing to assess and prepare tablets which she said takes 20 minutes to do so. Do not recommend
When ownership first changed I was really disappointed as they didn't seem particularly organised but things have definetely improved and I know find them really helpful, polite and personable. Now my chemist of choice again.

Grew up going to this chemist, always fot great and fast service. However, ever since the practice has been sold on it has been awful. Not ordering prescriptions in time, leaving me without any medication for days; very slow service; staff Bearley knowing what there doing and asking me over the counter what my prescription is for, a complete breach of my right to confidentiality.
Fantastic service!!! Really lovely people who go above and beyond for their customers - very refreshing!
