This pharmacy needs to update it's opening hours on Google. It says it's open from 08-30 to 13-00 on Saturdays. It's not.
Poor customer service. Notified that some of my routine prescription is "out of stock" from their suppliers!! No idea when they will be back in!! "Could be days /weeks /months"! Ongoing medication is prescribed because it medically deemed essential!! It would appear from the staff I spoke to that it's up to me to try and and sort out getting any essential medication.... not them!! I'm supposed to try and get a separate prescription from my GP and then ring around pharmacies to try and and find the medication!! I've only moved to this pharmacy a few months ago but their current level of customer service does not inspire me to stay with them.
The Village Pharmacy is a lovely small and friendly pharmacy where nothing is too much for the staff. No matter the question, problem or medical query they are only too happy to help. I have never been made to feel silly or embarrassed when I have had any questions and am very confident that on matter who I speak to I will be treated with great respect and care. I am grateful our village has such a place and I will be happy to carry on as a regular customer. Thank you Sam and all your colleagues.
Used to be friendly, recently noticed a change to the pharmacist attitude, gives out the wrong information, even when the other member of staff says the opposite. Seems a toxic workplace and the patient's suffer from the consequences of the lack of management. Please avoid at all costs.

Way better than brennans. You get a text when prescription is ready if you want. The staff are always friendly and relaxed and don't get huffy or blaming if there is a difficulty. Great little pharmacy.
I always visit this pharmacy and nearly all of the time the assistants are helpful. This time I visited the pharmacy there was different staff though and the customers were not respecting my privacy. I only asked for an item, spoke to the assistant then left. After i left though I found out they were discussing me and my family. This was behind my back it was very hurtful accusations and was regarding my appearance. I'm flabergasted as I have been accused of something that I did NOT do. I carried absolutely nothing into there Pharmacy with me and did absolutely nothing wrong whilst I was in there and was courteous and polite. I'm shocked and surprised at what was said after I had left as it is defamatory and untrue and very heartless. I expect to visit a pharmacy without my appearance being discussed and my privacy should of been respected.
