Staff are very helpful and waiting times are short even when busy.

Have had to pick up quite a few prescriptions up from here recently due to my dad being on palliative care. Me, my mum and sister have all had very bad experiences here, ranging from missing things off the prescription and not telling us, so were are unaware until the nurse asks for them. Being told they have something in stock and after waiting around for 20 minutes they then tell us they don't have it in stock, which also happened to my mum yesterday who then only had 10 minutes to get to Wigston boots before they shut as we needed the prescription that night. Whilst I was waiting in there for another prescription they had forgotten to give us, the nurse rang them asking where it was and they told her I had already been and collected it, when I was in fact still waiting in the shop. There seems to be no communication between anyone working there, and they take no responsibilities for their failures and also would prefer to waste our time in their shop for things not in stock rather than let us go elsewhere for medication that is urgent. My Dad has now requested to go to Loros due to the daily hassle we are going through dealing with this and we will never step foot in this shop again.

Shocking behaviour on having not a valid explanation why same product had two different prices. This is not the first time as previously my daughter found same vitamins with different pricing... So be aware and check products. Also few weeks ago they gave my prescription to someone else in the shop who had a similar sounding name and I had to chase the guy back in to the shop the guy by the counter found it funny I didn't.

Always super helpful despite being very busy. Got my prescription ready on the spot when I realised that I didn't have enough medication for the weekend.

The staff are unprofessional, never get the prescription ordered in time even though they have the required 3 days and expect me to accept not taking my pills. The woman was calling me my dear which is totally unprofessional. All the staff need assessing and sacking

This place is weirdly brilliant for gifts - they have a wide range of different nice things in stock, including bath bombs, purses and beanie babies. The lighting and general atmosphere is really nice. The only issue I have is that they only stock branded medicine and so they are not a cost effective option if you need something like cough medicine!
