I went to the chemist with a bad knee the lady behind the counter was so helpful and let me try on two knee supports and walk around to check which one I was happy with. She also offered additional advice for the pain. Very very helpful and an absolute credit to the chemist. Would definitely recommend this chemist.

Friendly staff and nothing is too much trouble for them to help out. Getting your flu or Covid jabs is just so easy compared to using the GP.
Always helpful and friendly. Excellent service, they recently helped me out with a veterinary prescription for my dog and saved me a lot of money.

This is quite simply THE best chemist this side of... well anywhere. They're kind, patient, always order in whatever you need, they put themselves out tonhelp you. Sharon one of the owners is friendly and knows everyone by name and is always so friendly and everyone is treated as if they are the only thing that matters in that moment. Her husband, the pharmacist is equally fab and goes out of his way to take the time to listen and advise and help where he can. Always happy to give advice where trying to get help via the go isn't forthcoming. Great service and great post office too. Lots of different products and everything is really reasonable in price and always in stock. Cash point, great collection of cards, gifts , toiletries, first aid and other bits a bobs... we wouldn't go anywhere else ever. Ideally placed in whetstone and parking out front.
The staff here are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t realise how exceptional they were until I had to go somewhere else. Not only could they get my regular prescriptions within a few minutes they also advised me on ways to cut the costs of them. They really are great people and I wish I could still use them but I’m now 150 miles outside their delivery area.
Absolutely wonderful staff and wonderful service! Nothing is too much for them aNd they'll try their absolute hardest to ensure all of your prescription items reach you! Staff are pleasant and helpful whilst being knowledgeable and efficient!
