Extremely rude and degrading owner/staff. I have been using them for 6 years and have had to bite my tongue the whole time. Always treated them with the upmost respect and always been polite. 6 prescriptions a month and they still treat my family like dirt. They do not try to explain anything in a way that non medicals can relate too and then make you feel inferior when you question what they are saying. They have preferred items they like to recommend and sell to you even though you’re GP has recommended otherwise because it is more financially beneficial for them. I always like to shop local and support small businesses but I will be taking my custom to Boots from now on where the service is much better!!
Such a great little chemist. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who actually care about you. I would definitely recommend it.
Lovely chemist, staff nice and helpful, especially if they don’t have an item in stock they’ll make sure it’s there then next day if not sometimes that same day! Can’t fault them :)
