I had a Prescription to pick up here and the Staff were VERY PLEASANT and Helpful I had MY PRESCRIPTION in about 5mins. VERY GOOD.
Got here at 6pm and it was already closed and closed all bank holiday too?? Really? Useless for people.who.work.
Too small to cope with the area it serves… They struggled before with regular opening hours but why on Earth they now shut early at 1PM on a Saturday it’s anyone’s guess?! Saturday is prime time for 9-5 workers to be able to get to what is quite a hectic place to park and “nip in” at the best of times; half the day has now been deducted from the one day that it’s easiest for most people to pick up their medicine. Excellent. The staff do their best (when they’re there); since the new staff started, service is faster, friendlier and more efficient; items don’t seem to get “lost” like they did - much more frequently than you’d expect- before… But it’s been clear for a long time that they need a bigger site in which to work and store everything - the infrastructure of Stoney Stanton/Sapcote is buckling under the weight of our increasing population and the GP Surgery and pharmacy need bolstering desperately
Very helpful front staff, took their time to advice me thoroughly. Friendly approach and sorted my prescription despite being busy at the time.
Lovely people very helpful let's not forget there as busy as the doctors nowadays

One of the worst pharmacies around. The staff (especially one lady) who is extremely rude, and talks about customers terribly in front of them . The rest of the staff including the Pharmacist, are extremely unprofessional and unhelpful . Avoid at all costs.
Rude and incompetent. One of the ladies behind the counter is attentive, courteous listen to your questions and can process the information provided. The other, slightly younger, is completely the opposite. Rude, doesn't listen, jumps into conclusions and smirks at customers. To add to this, this chemist have messed up my prescriptions in the past several times. My personal advice is to get in your car and drive to any chemist in the area instead.
