I've always found the staff to be efficient and pleasant. There is room to sit and wait for prescriptions to be prepared and there is a free carpark in the rear.

The staff here are always lovely and very helpful when I collect my prescriptions. The front area is always well stocked and I usually can find what I need over the counter. I would recommend this pharmacy.
Only from my experience the staff are great but the guy who actually runs it actually ask me to change my prescription because he doesn’t have it or can’t order it in the shop ??? What !!! Really ! Wouldn’t it be more professional to say? We just don’t have it !! Rather than change your prescription to a skilled doctor asked me to get ? Rubbish !
Fantastic Pharmacy! Staff are brilliant and can't fault them in any way (from front of house to the hidden squirrels out back). Always met with a smile every time I visit. I have always received a second to none service whether this be prescription or general advice. When my repeat prescription is placed I know that it will be available when I come to pick it up! Pharmacist is a font of knowledge and I would encourage anyone to speak with him regarding any issues which may not need the initial eye of a GP. He was a great help to me recently and very reassuring. Well done Mountsorrel Pharmacy.
About 20 staff in at all times still takes 15 minutes to prepare your prescription. One lady is fantastic behind the desk and is always helpful
This pharmacy wasn't able to fill an urgent antibiotic prescription today but did every thing they could to help me get it elsewhere - successfully! Great service!

My prescription is never ready when Its should of been done days before and I've have a few time they just hand it back to me and say we can't sort it and if your desperate which i will be as its days late to go to rothley one for them to sort it, which in fairness they do, so I am asking the doctors to move my perceptions to rothley it may be further but at least it gets sorted there.
Been using this place for many years, always found the customer service to be exceptional and they will go out of their way to help if they can. Thank you, it really is much appreciated.
