   Took my 4th trip with Caspin Journeys . They arranged a trip for 10 of us ladies from the Chicago area. This one, as were the others, was fabulous. All the Lodgings, Restaurants, Tours, and Countrysides were more than I had expected. Pino and Caroline try to accommodate any requests for food preferences, and go out of their way to provide local foods and and drinks to get the feeling of the local regions. We even got to meet Caroline’s Mom and Dad. The guides were so knowledgeable and fun too. Wish I had taken an extra bag to Scotland to bring home some of the beautiful cashmere….Hoping to plan my 5th trip with them in 2 years.

   Caspin journeys, is a wonderful experience, unique. since i was a child my parents have been role models to me. Their passion and commitment to Caspin is what inspired me for many of my passions. I have had the privilege to accompany them on many tours both as a colleague and just as an adventure. Their approach to clients is priceless and i have learnt many things from that which has pushed me to be a sociable person, available to people and always ready to help others with any needs. i study modern history at the university of Essex and i have chosen this path thanks to them and their deep knowledge of the historical surroundings during their tours. Watching my father talk about the temple of Hercules, in the Valley of the Temples in Sicily is one of my most treasured memories which inspired me to learn about Greek mythology and the history of such complex culture, which my father grasped with simple but inspiring words and looking at clients reactions to how both my father and mother respond to any queries and needs throughout their tours is unique and i hope that many other may share the same experience i had both as a child and as a young adult aspiring to become as great tour guides as their are

   If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My family and I have been traveling with Caspin Journeys since the early 90's. We have done walking tours and stayed in their beautiful home many times over the past 25+ years. Dozens of our friends have travelled/stayed with them as well. The tours are amazing and paced so that you can enjoy the sights and the countryside without total exhaustion by the end of the day. The experience of rounding the bend on a country path after a morning walk to find a beautiful, lunch with local specialities and wine laid out on tables is beyond compare. We love Pino, Caroline and their whole family and are always thinking about when our next trip will be.
