Thank you so much for being so accommodating with my cat’s emergency. She was admitted quickly, her pain was relieved, and she is now walking normally again. It made a huge difference to stop her pain and suffering, and I’m truly grateful for your care.
My cat Eden became very poorly was close to death . Thanks to Gabby and team Eden has recovered.. Gabby Sinclair is an amazing veterinary . So skilled and caring . Really caring , Not only to the animals but understanding towards the owners . All the staff including receptionist , nurses etc are so attentive . I must of called so much about my Eden my beautiful Cat they all are so caring, & there communication with me was impeccable . The best vets I know . And the price was amazing they not money oriented and really understand situations, Genuinely care about all the animals . I was prospecting the possibility of changing my dog’s vet as the current on is definitely in for the money and could not care less about the pets. Anyway, I e-mailed Passey Place regarding my dog’s issue to see if this was something they could provide services for. Got no reply whatsoever and this is why I am giving them a star - if you have an e-mail address and pretend you answer inquiries, then do.
I cant thank the lovely vet Gabe enough, she really looked after us. Sophia our Maine Coon who was just so very poorly, was diagnosed with pancreatitis, she had stopped eating and had become very withdrawn and weak. Gabe saw how stressed Sophia was, she was just so gentle and kind with her and also with us. Thanks to the lovely vet Gabe, with her expert vetenerary knowledge and experience, Sophia has now completely recovered!

Great vet place. I was so happy that they took my cat on the day as it looked like emergency. The Vet was very experienced, thorough and took time to examine him. I am very happy with the service and care.

Went for a blood test and it was fairly simple...walked in and got the job done in 5 mins!! However it was disappointing not to find a mask and sanitizer at the entrance.
A competent, efficient and friendly service as always. Been using this surgery for 50 (fifty) years and have never had anything but praise for them.
Our Puppy was seen so quickly for poisoning & given the best care with an overnight stay, treated by a lovely kind compassionate vet really can't thank you enough.
