   I had a phone call on Thursday from a lovely lady called Charleigh who works at Tui Queen street to say that they’ve taken over my online booking for my upcoming cruise. I asked Charleigh a few questions I needed to know about the holiday and she kindly got in touch with the customer service at Tui and asked all my questions and then phoned.me back telling me she had sorted out everything and I mean everything which has taken a big weight off my shoulders. I cannot thank her enough and what a lovely lady she is with the most fantastic personality and so helpful. I cannot praise her enough for her kindness and professionalism and she’s an asset to Tui. I hope her manager sees this message Thank you Charleigh xx

   Me and my partner booked our summer holiday at this store through Gabriella, she was amazing from start to finish in assisting us find a cheap summer get away! We could not fault her recommendations enough, from what area would suit us, to what hotel we should stay in. It made our whole experience so much easier and also pushed us to come back in store to look into our honeymoon with Gabriella!

   I have received outstanding support and customer care service from Megan, Thomas, Hayley and Megan at the Tui office in Queens Street Cardiff. They have ALL been amazing and wonderfully helpful when I needed to contact them regarding our imminent holiday in Spain. I live in Worcestershire and would very very happily direct anyone to book their future holidays through the Queen Street Tui office. The representatives mentioned above are so knowledgeable about every aspect of the industry and insured our specific needs and requirements were accommodated at the point of booking. Later when issues arose with my flight check in, it was immediately resolved by Hayley. Absolutely fantastic 5* service, I normally book on line myself, but they made the whole experience so pleasurable, and their kindnesses and customer care service has ensured I will definitely follow this route in any future holiday bookings. Huge, huge thanks to you all.

   Friendly, knowledgeable and professional team at Tui Cardiff Queen St. We have received fantastic customer service from the team, in partially Shannon. Shannon turned a potentially stressful situation completely around. She took time to understand our circumstances and find the best solution and holiday for our family. She is clearly a credit to the team, her memory is incredible and remembered everything about what matters to us. She was also so lovely to our little girl Lola. We will never go anywhere else and I would recommend this store and Shannon without a second thought.

   The girls in the branch have been absolutely fantastic and I cannot recommend them enough. I booked online and understand from my previous experience that I needed to call the online team but after several attempts at getting through to the 3rd party department I called into the store for some advice. It didn’t matter that I had booked online, I was treated the same as other customers who were there to make a booking, nothing was too much trouble. After so many attempts at calling the web number they resolved my problem straight away and I now have a holiday I am looking forward to for Christmas. I will be booking in the branch for all my future holidays. Thank you to all.
