   David James hosted us in Wales for 11 days by driving us on a sightseeing adventure. His historical knowledge of the 19 castles we saw was exceptional. We also stopped at an Iron Age exhibit & a copper mine. Dave took us to the cemeteries to find where great grandparents were buried & even drove by some of their former residences! His attention to detail was exceptional & he fulfilled our request to become familiar with Welsh history.

   Our tour with Dave was absolutely fantastic! We visited Cardiff in November 2024, and we didn’t have much time to spend there, or really any idea what we should see with our limited stay. Dave went absolutely above and beyond, creating several tour options for us based on our interests, and was so flexible, allowing us to make changes if we wanted to prioritize something different instead. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, and we feel we got to see some true hidden gems on our day trip! I would recommend his tours to anyone traveling in the area, and we will definitely use his services again when we come back sometime in the spring!

   Would highly recommend Personal Class Travel. I booked my tour around Cardiff City and had a lovely message of who was picking me up as well as details of the car registration, model and colour. This was a lovely gesture and reassurance, especially if you are a solo traveller. Absolutely excellent service from Dave and you will not only get a tour around the city but also great advice on where to eat and where to go. I would highly recommend the tour as it gives you a great insight of history and also places to visit. Personal Class Travel also provides transport to and from the airport as well as a personal driving service with the same system as above so you get a message in advance of your driver and no need to carry cash. Absolutely five star service.

   Great service. Easy to book. We were given really helpful information about our concert, travelling, pick up points etc. We were allowed 30 minutes waiting time to avoid rushing or stressing. Notifications were sent to reassure us that our driver was on our way and had arrived. Our driver also contacted us to ensure everything was ok. Would highly recommend Personal Class Travel.

   EXCELLENT My experience with this company was great, from start to finish. Highly professional service. They sent me texts and emails that confirmed my booking, followed by further communications with the relevant details. They were super fast to respond and very polite. The driver was waiting for me at the airport, found me very easily and took me to my destination. Very nice cars and the driver, Mr David, was very polite. I recommend this service without a doubt. Good value for money as well.
