   Returned yesterday from an amazing 2 week trip to Sth Africa. It was my first time on an organised holiday as I usually sort it myself. But my eyes were opened. It was a wonderful experience from the very beginning - booking at the Blue Skies office with both Vanessa and Alex, to safely setting foot back on Welsh soil. It was truly brilliant. Alex did everything possible to ensure that his travellers were looked after throughout the holiday. He led the way with his professionalism and his humour. And what a lovely crowd to holiday with.    Plus points for Blue Sky Travel 1 Alex, the owner is very pleasant and easy to talk to. He is a people person. He is a professional. 2. Prices are competitive. We have booked six disparate holidays with Blue Sky Travels. 3. We have been on three tours, accompanied by Alex - he looks after his customers and goes the extra mile. This was demonstrated on our recent trip to South Africa. Through no fault of his our luggage failed to arrive after an internal flight. He located a supermarket and bought toiletries for all 28 people. Later he bought a round of drink. The trip itself was well organised and amazing. Minus points for Blue Sky Travels - NONE
