Went to book a holiday and spoke with Olivia who was fantastic, she was so helpful and gave a friendly service, other members of staff were very helpful as well assisting us to find the holiday that we wanted, nothing was too much trouble and we felt valued and our choices really understood, can't thank Hays travel team enough,and we will definitely be booking with Olivia again, fantastic.
After experiencing a nightmare with another travel company cancelling then trying to charge a lot more to rebook, Stephanie at Hays Weston branch stepped in and took care of my booking.
