Every delivery for Doset boxes a week late,every delivery for inhalers 4-5 days late,my partner had to go back to hospital and number of times because a break in her corse tablets, they pretend they been n rang and knocked witch is blatant lie,I dont think these people know how to run a chemist,the delivery drivers absolutely useless,I dont think marrying cushions and having kids generation after generation should be in this sort of work.
On Friday I was expecting my daughter’s antibiotic to get delivered. We waited all afternoon, I had spoken to one of the colleague’s a couple of times on the phone and he promised me the driver will definitely come and deliver it today. We waited until 9pm and nobody turned up, my daughter missed her few doses of her antibiotic and then we rang in the morning they gave us an excuse of that the driver did attempt delivery but nobody opened the door, which was a big lie. The experience was so bad that I feel like changing pharmacy’s.
Went 1 Sunday this month (last Sunday) around 2pm to get a prescription for my Mrs. Handed it to lady. Waited After 10 minutes I found out my prescription was not handled at all because Pharmacy was in another room. The pharmacy took over 24 minutes to get my prescription ready. I was the 1st and only 1 at chemist. Then she told me go somewhere else if you want to which I found v sad and feel I was treated badly. The girl who took my prescription should have told me exactly how long it may take and explain but no (not a word) I will take this matter further if I am not given a compensation for the handling of my custome I would expect £15 otherwise I will take the matter further and please keep video evidence as support for myself and ur reference if it has to go to court Reply to this review if u wish me to collect my £15 or u are alright for me to take this matter further.
Booked in for a PCR test to fly back to China. Everyone was friendly and polite and the test certificate came through the next day without any problems.
I am a care home manager we have been using Yakub pharmacy for many years for all our Medication needs, we receive a fantastic service especially in emergency and out of hours situations. I would definitely recommend them.
Absolutely superb service from all the staff at this chemist. We had our PCR test done here so we could travel the girls helped us fill out the forms and when the results came back printed our fit to travel certificate. Nothing was too much trouble. We would highly recommend them .
A very friendly chemist. We use yakubs for our care home medication. The whole staff team from management to pharmacist as well as delivery drivers will always go above and beyond to sort things out. Nothing seems too much trouble for the team. Service with a smile. Thank you as always!
