   Been a few times with our dog Sam. Always an excellent service. Prices are similar to other vets but they do point you to buy items from Amazon rather than an expensive alternative. 5 stars from me.

   I was recommended to book an appointment here after another practice did not have any vets over the holiday period and I was left with an emergency, I was unhappy with the level of care I received from the first vets I went too so searched for a second opinion. Rat owners will know how hard it is to find a rat savvy vet who’s willing to give the correct medication. Sam their exotics vet was outstanding with listening to my concerns, was very thorough in his consultation with my rat Charlie who had a nasty stroke the night before. I can tell Sam absolutely loves animals and I have never seen a vet handle animals like he does. We left with the right medication this time round and Charlie is already making some progress 12 hours later. I also need to mention, as we had spent the whole day driving around the lovely lady on reception also offered us a cup of tea which was so lovely. I have now found my new exotics vets for my rats. Thank you Sam and team at Eltham!

   Parkvets Eltham is the most friendly, compassionate, and professional vet I’ve been to. Dr Lee is amazing and always so kind to my cat and supportive when we’ve had ongoing health problems. The lady on reception is lovely too!

   I visited the practice for the first time and I was very worried. One of my dogs is very anxious with vets because a vet scarred her. I am giving 5 stars happily. It is very clean.The. lady from Reception,Marie,was very helpful and answered all my questions. And the doctor, Miguel, was very nice,explaining everything. My Cookie was so relaxed,not even scared when she had the vaccine. Very glad to discover a good practice! Thank you!

   I've been going to this vet for over 20 years with cats and dogs. They are always kind, professional, caring. Not just to my animals, but also to me. We're usually seen quickly, even without an appointment when we've had an emergency. Definitely a 5 star vet.

   Very disappointing experience (yesterday). I was planning to register my dogs there - but after being charged £62 for a straightforward consult (this is their official price), £48 for a 32ml bottle of Metacam medication I will not be back (yes, £110.14 in total!!) This vet is very expensive for no reason. The receptionist told me that they 'justify' the high prices because they have the 24 hours hospital in Sidcup. Makes no sense to me... My dog is older and with suspected arthritis. I was quoted £697.60 for X-ray!! Will not be back.

   Friendly, reassuring and knowledgeable receptionist and vet! Worth the journey to get my rabbit checked up! About £80 for check up, spot-on and some antibiotics. Will definitely go there again if needed.
