An absolute disappointment. This Halloween event was an example of incompetence and greed on behalf of the management. My friends and I pre booked tickets 3 weeks prior and arrived at mosh at 11:15 to find out that there was no separate line for ticket holders, as there had been in the past and got told to join the back of the queue, which was around the building to the point we could no longer see the club. We talked to several people around us in the same predicament. It got to the point where we started getting concerned that we wouldn't be let in because of how many people there were. I asked another member of staff who told me we will definitely get in and to just join back in line where I was previously. We came to the conclusion that maybe there was a limit for how many people they were willing to let in without tickets. There was no crowd control further down the line. It was chaotic with people screaming, tussling and stumbling into the busy road, not to mention the pushing and cutting in line. It was raining and people were shaking from the cold. After 45 minutes, we made it to the front of the line where the bouncer paid us absolutely no mind and wasn't actually using the tally counter in his hand. This concerned me since isn't the point of him having it to keep count of the people going in? Isn't an overcrowded, multi-storey club a fire hazard and safety concern? We get to reception at 12:08, I show them our tickets only to be told we still have to pay £5 each since it was after 12 and our tickets were no longer valid. They wanted us to pay the same price we had already paid again. After we had just spent over 45 minutes of our time in the rain and cold. We simply turned around and left because you definitely won't be making my friends and I, repay you the same amount we had already paid. For what? To stand in horrendously long lines to the bar to give the club even more money and dance on overcrowded dance floors because you refuse to limit the amount of people coming in? And isn't the point of pre-sale tickets that both the venue and customer benefit from it? In case management wasn't aware, you benefit by getting money ahead of time and can use your sales to predict how busy you will be and can then plan accordingly. The customer benefits by having guaranteed and quicker entry for the price they paid, often cheaper than buying at the door. This is an example of absolutely disgusting greed and lack of organisation on the behalf of the Mosh management team and truly a disappointment since I used to be so fond of this club and would sing its praises. I'm sorry to see it degrade and fall victim to incompetent leadership. In future, don't do a presale if your only goal is to scam your customers.

I was there for Halloween party and I couldn't even walk after I passed the doors. They oversell tickets for this occasion, I came all the way from London and was the worst club I've ever been. They charged £5 pounds fee for being late entry (after 11pm) but they don't take into account you have to queue for 45min to an hour before entering. I got to add that the outside situation is just out of hands, nobody controls it until you're very close to the door which leads to people jumping queue, arguments and even fights for it. Cloakroom staff were rude and the drinks are no cheap and take forever to be made due to the amount of people waiting there. A whole disappointment this place.

Extremely crowded. So if you cool with the crowd, then Mosh is it. Good music, security personnel are professional and know their job real good. It's a younger crowd, though. The average age, in my opinion, is 21.

Awful, was refused because I seemed "moody" . Not because I was too drunk or being abusive. That is a reason I can understand. No instead when I asked why I was not allowed in I was told I'm messed up in the head. All I did was give security my ID and he asked me what my problem with him was. I hadn't even spoke to him. I then had 3 security members talking down to me . I'm one woman there all men who are taller and bigger. I spoke to other friends and when I described the members of security they had the exact same problem.

The best bar I've been to in a while. The music was lit, the drinks fantastic. The girl that was serving us the drinks Dani, she was so friendly and sweet, totally made my night. I'll be definitely coming again!
