Because of one staff member, I will take my future prescription to another pharmacy. There was no need to be unpleasant and the way that person speck to me was very unacceptable , I got twice shouted at loudly because I was about to ask a question that's all. That person was very unprofessional. Its not my fault there wasn't any other staff around . Rest of the staff were professional.

I tried to buy Nizoral shampoo that was marked as being on offer with the Boots Advantage Card. But when I went to pay at the till, the staff member told me the offer had already ended and refused to give it to me at the promotional price. If the offer was finished, why hadnβt they removed the label? She only took the label down after I questioned it. The product was displayed right in front of the customer service desk.

I wish I could give 0 to this store. I made an online order and when I went for collection I was told to read my order numbers which I did and the lady on the counter recognised my order. However, she started lecturing me that this is not the way you read order numbers. Ami there to take math lessons from her? Her other colleagues also echoed with her seems like no one cares about customer. What rights does she has to lecture me on my number reading. I pulled all my family members GP prescriptions account from this store from now on.

Sheikh served me today when i was enquiring about dry skin suitable shower creams for my child. He is very customer focused, helpful and always presentable. In my 20yrs visiting boots branch on green st, I've never experienced negative attitude from any of the staff.

The Boots in Shepherds Bush doesn't have the same variety as the one in Stratford but you'd find what you need.

Although a small branch, they have everything that one would need. What they donβt have you can order online and then collect. Sorted. They keep it simple, and this pharmacy has all the essentials, which you can find in seconds. Someday everyone will try to figure out how this branch gets it so right, but I doubt anyone will ever be able to perfect what these have got going. All they need to do is add a small fridge for food, and maybe it would be an idea to start stocking Polaroid film again like they used to, and then customers can party like itβs 1999. Even if you donβt buy anything from here, it is worth travelling here and just taking a look around. This Boots branch should be a listed building and deemed a national landmark.

Ageist staff do not help my mother with prescription requests face to face or by phone. They turn her away and ask her to get one of her children to order prescriptions. Which is not a problem, but why turn her away in the first place?

Shop worker clearly saw my mum was Muslim and recommended a haram product to my mum knowing she only has halal and vegetarian or vegan ingredients. He was Muslim himself. He then had the galls to say it is not the responsibility of staff to know whatβs in their products if they recommend them. Pure ludicrous. Keep to your local pharmacy who understands your community needs.
