   I really don't no why the pharmacist has has such a problem with me and my children. At first I liked to collect from here, however in the past six months, I was made to feel not welcome. I actually left this pharmacy 4 months ago, yet you seem to not have noticed and continue to assume prescriptions are being collected for me, when if you read the prescription you would no it was my children. This assumption is totally wrong. You have lost 3 customers. And I do not like being called Samantha!!!!

   Outstanding service. Had consultation with pharmacist who made a diagnosis and said I needed to see GP for a full strength prescription. Rang GP in the pharmacy who asked me to send a photo of the affected area. Had a phone call back to agree diagnosis. Prescription written and sent electronically to Pharmacy where I then went and picked it up. Excellent system. Don't forget your local pharmacists are highly trained and an excellent alternative for less complex needs.

   Pharmacist always listens to what you need and tries to help - once getting a medication in a couple of days that another pharmacy gave up on trying to get for me after holding onto the prescription for a week. Has often stepped in to help on tills when there is a queue and I've had very good service over a year when I have often had to go into the pharmacy
