What a thoroughly depressing place to be, the staff here are so miserable, absolutely zero customer service approach, working at a snails pace. I recommend to use other chemists that don't treat a new paying customer with contempt.
I don't like this pharmacy. Service is very slow as if it's too much effort for them to serve you. Mostly never got my friends prescription ready when I call on time to collect
Honestly don't waste your time. I changed after I was given the wrong dose of medication and had the pharmacist turning up at my house half hour later. No one seemed that concerned i could have taken the wrong dose of tablets! Then I called today to make sure they had my husbands prescription. Were quiet rude to him and made him wait 45 minutes even though I called to make sure they would be ready. Place is a joke. No one knows what they are doing. They are handling sensitive information and saying it loudly infront of the public. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
Awful service, was booked for a flu jab, drove 20 mins to get there, to be told that they don’t have any and abruptly told that they phoned everyone the day before (no call even showed my phone) and basically told that they can only phone the numbers they get (so saying I don’t know my phone number of 20 years). Then as soon as I walk out the door get an email to say it’s cancelled. Would they not have done that as they were cancelling people the day before? It’s not their fault they’ve run out of injections but the rudeness of the customer service. Not once did they say sorry if you didn’t get the call. Used to be a lovely pharmacy but clearly they could do with retraining their staff on customer service etiquette. AVOID!
Used this pharmacy for a number or years coming in weekly for my daughters medicine. And over and over we were let down leaving us without life saving medication. Iv since moved to a new pharmacy who are outstanding and it really highlights how poor the standard is here. I was also told to avoid the pharmacy by a member of the gp surgery reception staff.
This pharmacy use to be great now its gone low as low can be they never have all the prescription you order even on repeat I went down to get my wife's new prescription but when I got them home they were the same as her old ones went back said it will be 45minutes that was yesterday my wife went down today and the prescription was still not ready another 45minutes wait this is becoming a joke
They have always been very helpful. Sometimes there is a wait but it can be very busy in there. People come in from the doctors and people come to collect but they do work as fast as possible. They are very kind, helpful & polite. They have some seats in side to sit but if they are full you will have to stand. They did only allow two people but this was during covid and they have now eased up with this. It really is a great pharmacy and I don't like using any others. Not a bad word to say. The wait times aren't their fault they go as fast as they can.
Have a dosset box delivery but last month no delivery and this month no delivery but promised I was on list had go go down again today not good enough if I hadn't gone down would t have any medication for xmas, staff are useless, tried to ging ug no one answers appalling service
Had my flu jab here and they were friendly and efficient. Location is incorrect on Google Maps so it took me a while to find it - it is down the new estate and not on Heath Lane.
