I come here often and Binta & Aruna are the most dedicated pharmacists around. However, I feel disappointed with the Asian security guy who is always following every movement one makes. It’s been going on for years. I faced the same eagle eyed monitoring yesterday when I came on for my medicines. I think it is a form of anti black racism at work here. Every shop you walk into as a Blackman, you would find the Asian security guys monitoring you. Racial profiling should not be allowed under any circumstance.

This doesn’t even deserve a 1-Star. Came into your store today at around 11:15 - 11:20 to return a skin care product that hasn’t been used/opened. The female member of staff at the till at the time attempted to deny the refund explaining we don’t do refunds for skin care. Even though your refund policy only states you cannot return food, personalised gifts and medicine. She then tried to prove me wrong by printing out a receipt to find the refund policy only to find out I was correct. The fact that she is potentially a manager and doesn’t know the refund policy is a red flag to be honest, I wonder how many others have been denied a refund because of this. I received my refund in the end but instead of admitting she was incorrect she explained she was doing this as a β€œone off”, as though she was doing me a favour. Please educate your staff on your refund policy.

I usually come to this Boots after the gym, but I’ve started feeling really uncomfortable because of the security guard. He constantly stares in a very unsettling way β€” not just once, but every single time I go in. It’s creepy and makes me not want to come back. A store should feel safe and welcoming, not intimidating. I hope management takes this seriously because it’s really not OK.

Located in Gallions Reach, plenty of free parking. A good size branch with all health and wellbeing needs catered for. From creams, perfumes, medicines, sandwiches, dental items, shaving machines to makeup products. Clean, well layed out, spacious store which is easy to navigate. Helpful staff and situated nearby many other useful shops. Salim Patel

Went in to buy a couple of items from here, the service was very poor. Sales assistant didn't really care I asked a couple of times to look at something and she completely ignored me. I am certain i wasn't wearing my invisible suit that day. Anyway I wasn't happy to spend my money here and went somewhere else.

Massive store, perhaps too big. Staff are hit or miss, sometimes friendly and sometimes just plain rude and clueless. I witnessed an argument between the security guard and a customer a couple months ago which should have been dealt with far quicker by the store manager.

Absolutely ridiculous store. Staff are useless no care in the world for the customer. No manager about to even deal with complaints. I ordered something from online for click and collect as this is the closest store open till late for me. No notification to say item was delayed. Never come to this boots in Beckton. Staff do not care at all.all you get is a simple shrug of the shoulders and say we can’t do anything. Who will compensate me driving all the way down.clearly boots don’t care for the business and I shall be taking it elsewhere. I’ve only decided to write this today as I have previously have come to this store and it’s the same experience all the time. This will be last time I deal with boots.

Pharmacy is useless.went for jabs,2 appointments, they couldn't find one in the system even though we had the proof on screenshot.spent half an hour waiting for someone to find the appointment, they didn't.The pharmacist gave me the jab but they said that my husband's appointment is not on their system but they have some flu jabs coming from Barking branch and should get there anytime.Asked for phone number to call us when they get there,we agreed, went to do some shopping then waiting again and waiting, just to see the lady pharmacist going away in a car after 1 hour of waiting in our car.around 1pm.my husband went inside to ask the guy (he was there for all the conversation about the vaccine) he said he needs to go to his break, from 1 till 3pm .shocking.So the pharmacist went to lunch and of course we left.nobody called us back, totally useless people, unprofessional behaviour. Considering that we had 2 children with us ,there was no point in making us wait for 1hour when she knew that there are no jabs coming. We could have made another appointment for another day. So if you need jabs they are useless. Another very very red flag that I noticed, there was a cable from a charger stuck in the fridge door ,the fridge where they keep the covid and flu vaccines so obviously the temp is not going to be the one that should be.The vaccines are supposed to stay on a specific temp so now I'm actually worried about the jab that I had.Never again. Will go to Lloyd's pharmacy as I did year after year, bad choice this year with boots
