   Had. A issue with my current holiday through no fault of TUI the hotel I had booked prior closed so they changed my hotel somewhere else I had a few issues regarding the change and called in to the TUI store Caerphilly , Alex was there and tried to help every aspect possible to resolve the issue with two days notice , not only did she go almost an hour over her finishing time but was absolutely brilliant in helping me with the issue I had . There was a guy there also but didn’t know his name and he was very helpful also . Because of how she went above and beyond it’s restored my faith in continuing to book with TUI Caerphilly store in the future big thank you to Alex I really did appreciate the help and advice you offered .. thank you Rachel

   I recently booked a holiday on the TUI website and had some issues resulting in the dates needing to be changed. I rang and got through to Aaron in Caerphilly who was incredibly helpful and talked me through the options that I had available. He called me back as scheduled the next day and was able to change our booking making the whole process hassle free, he was friendly, knowledgeable about the process and put my mind at rest that the holiday was booked correctly. I would definitely recommend speaking to Aaron if anybody is thinking of booking a holiday!

   We recently booked our summer holiday at the TUI store in Caerphilly and the service we received was excellent. We were looked after by a lady called Jo who was fantastic from start to finish. We wasn’t 100% sure what we wanted when we sat down so Jo asked us lots of questions so she could come up with some ideas and she soon gave us lots of great options to choose from, all within our budget! Jo made the whole process stress free and we can’t thank her enough. We know we will be back to book with TUI and Jo in the future.

   We went into the Caerphilly store last weekend to book a break for the new year. We dealt with a very very helpful lady called Lynda - it was actually her first week, and we were her first customers. She was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable of the different resorts and hotels. If Lynda treats all of her customers with the same dignity and friendliness that she showed us then I have no reason to believe that she will go a long long way with Tui.    I have recently booked my family holiday with Jo at TUI Caerphilly and I am so happy with my experience that I feel I need to leave this review to show my appreciation. Jo spent time listening to all of our specific requests (my husband had quite a few lol!) We then arranged to come back into store and go through all the holidays that Jo had researched for us, so we had options to whittle down. This resulted in us finding a perfect holiday with all the special extras that will help make our family holiday one to remember! We will always book in the Caerphilly store as all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Thanks TUI

   Had the best experience booking a girls holiday with Jo. She was so fun and easy to talk to, whilst also giving us the best quality, budget-friendly holiday! As a group of 6, we all wanted different things at times, but Jo was so patient and helpful- nothing was too much trouble. If you want to book a holiday, I can’t recommend Jo enough!
