   Took out little boy there this morning as noticed discharge coming out of ears. The pharmacist very quickly took one look and said he has an ear infection and issued antibiotics straight away. The quickest and efficient service. This has relieved a-lot of stress for all and means our little boy can start to get better. Thank you

   I atrented the pharmacy this morning and there was a note in the window telling people to come back at a later time I don't have a lot of time so missed out getting my daughters prescription this morning If there are advertised opening hours then you would fully expect the pharmacy to be open Not paper notes in the window like a 1970,s corner shop

   Had a health problem late on in the day so the GP appointments were full, so I was going to call early tomorrow morning to try and get booked in and seen. When I got home from work my symptoms had worsened, so thought it might be worth giving the pharmacy a call to see if there was anything they could do to help. I called them at 7:15pm, and was seen 20mins later and sent away with antibiotics to try and treat the problem! Absolutely incredible, thorough, quick and friendly service! I definitely recommend if you are struggling to be seen by a GP!

   We have been patients at the Burbage Surgery for the last 7 years and have always used the Burbage Pharmacy for all our medical needs. We would like to point out the excellent service provided by the team working in the pharmacy from having our medication ready when expected, giving us the injections (Covid and Flu) when availble and their general friendly way of delivering the services. I went in to collect my prescriptions yesterday and was service by Usayd, who gave me my flu injection in addition to my medication. Never felt a thing, so today I want to single him out. Today I called in to buy Calpol for my grandson and my husband got the VIP treatment and had his flu jab. Above and beyond what is expected. Well done, young man always with a kind word and a friendly smile.

   Have just used this pharmacy for my sons prescription today and felt I had to leave a review. The young pharmacist was working on her own (until 10pm too!) and my sons medication was in a big delivery they had received that morning, so it wasn’t ready on my first visit, but she took my number and very efficiently sorted it for me by the afternoon. This is very much appreciated as it’s taken a few weeks to get this particular crucial prescription sorted. Many thanks from a relieved mum!
