Staff were nice. However I was told half hour wait. I waited 1 hour 30 minutes. They then served someone before me who arrive after me. Eventually I was seen, but my nail technician left mid way to do someone else’s nails. Someone came to finish my nails after 20 minutes and rushed them. My nails were horrendous and not worth the time or money paid. Overall I was there for almost 4 hours. Shocking.
Usually quite happy with the quality here & the staff are very friendly! but was cut along my cuticles 5 times today which bled and hurt, felt very rushed.
Great place to get your nail extensions done! Quick but super gentle and careful work. I am extremely happy with the result! 4 weeks update: the second and third photos are how my nails looked 4 weeks after, which is flawless!!!
They always do a lovely job of my nails..very friendly & courteous..highly recommended.........
Had a bad experience here today. The lady kept pinching my skin by digging her nails in to my fingers, said it pinched and she continued until I asked for someone else. Knew full well what she was doing. Will not be going back. A shame as had a great service a few months ago. Sadly they still charged £40 even though it was a bad service.
I love this place, I love the people and I absolutely love the results! I have been coming here since it opened over 12 years ago now and I have built good relationships with all the staff who are always pleased to see me and treat me with respect. I leave the salon a happy women every time.
Awful service I asked 6 times for my nails to be shorter and never listened
They were very friendly and did a good job of my nails. I had gel overlay infills and shellac. I asked for a thin layer of gel and the lady took care to get them right. £25 is reasonable/normal price.
