   Absolutely incredible service, would use again in a heartbeat and I have already recommended them to my friends. Having heard some nightmare stories about conveyancing, and the various problems that may entail, we chose Liz Wallis at Wilkinson Woodward Bearders following a glowing recommendation from a friend. It proved to be an excellent decision, as despite the purchase becoming significantly more complicated than initially expected, Liz was always incredibly professional, kept us in the loop, and had a great ability to translate legalese into something we could easily understand. Should I be purchasing another property, I would use this team again without a question of a doubt.

   I needed to sell a house and initially instructed a different local firm to do the conveyancing work. That firm directed me to fill in some web-based forms designed by a third party, which were unable to properly capture my requirements. My case had some complexities and their approach did not fit. I got little reassurance when I rang them about this. So I rang Wilkinson Woodward Bearders and got an immediate, human response with an explanation of what would be required in my case. I switched to them, with Liz Wallis doing the conveyancing work. I had many questions throughout the process, all of which Liz handled patiently and in a way that helped me understand what was required of me. Liz handled everything thoroughly and professionally, and where necessary (to handle certain complications) she passed me on to her colleague Judith, who was equally helpful and professional. Leigh handled everything else in a friendly and efficient way. My experience has been that Wilkinson Woodward Bearders provides an excellent service supported by modern technology where it helps. My impression of the previous firm was that their service was organised around the technology, which is quite different. I felt at all times I was receiving the best advice possible, which reassured me the process would go smoothly, which it did. I’m very glad I chose Wilkinson Woodward Bearders and I highly recommend them.

   Liz Wallis, now of Wilkinson Woodward Bearders, has just acted for me in a property sale and a joint purchase with my partner of another property and has been absolutely excellent throughout. Very thorough, first class advice and prompt responses to queries are the norm with Liz. My partner had previously sold her house using a well known local firm of solicitors and it took 6 months from offer acceptance to completion - she was told their normal turn round for a simple query was four days, and there were lots of simple queries. With Liz, I completed and moved 7 weeks after accepting an offer. I can absolutely recommend her without any reservation.
